  It was a wonderful experience throughout. Europamundo made sure that we experienced many facets of the South Korean & Japanese culture. The stay on Mount Koya at the Buddhiast monastery was unique as was the stay at the Riyokan with the onsen. The hotels we stayed in were very good and the meals provided were most adequate as well. Last but not least the guides. We had Paco, David, Pablo for the various segments of the journey & Jose Luis for the Tokyo tour. They were knowledgeable, helpful and fun to be with. They made our journey more memorable. Thank you all.

  The South Korea & Japan Trip was amazing! I truly could not have asked for a better travel experience. Our Trip was in Nov 2022 during Thanksgiving, and we had some fantastic weather (not too cold and not too hot) - it was perfect. Both countries were beautiful, but I especially enjoyed Japan. Our guides were awesome (esp. Rei and David :) and the places we saw were like no other! Buddhist temples, Shinto temples, seeing the Snow Monkeys, the magnificent gardens, what an experience! We also had a really great tour group. The people we met on our journey were the best. The hotels were excellent, and the food was good too. There were not as many vegetarian options as I thought there would be so just be mindful of that if you have dietary restrictions and make sure to tell the guide in advance. I would highly recommend this trip if you are considering it. You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Europamund for making this an unforgettable experience. Happy Travels!

  Nice hotels and breakfasts, wonderful tour guides We really liked seeing the Monkey Park. The only thing we didnt like very much was that our tour group members and guides were changed every couple of days, other than that we were satisfied with the trip.

  Very enriching experience! Food and accommodation conditions could be improved. It is very intensive and it could be better to stay 2 nights in one hotel not one night per hotel. The guides in Japan were great, warm and very helpful!

  Wasting so much time for bilingual translations for the last 2 weeks. Tour guides and busses keep changes every 2-3 days with no reason even all buses goes the same direction. Not sure about Spanish side, but English was awful from all 4 guides we had throughout those 2 weeks. You better pick other companies who would provide a single bus with a single tour guide and ONLY with your language. You’re getting what you're paying for, 100%.

  Too many temples and shrines Antonio Pablo and mitchiko were great Simon was pretty useless would tell us go ahead and wait for us below would use a walking stick to move around Pizza place was a dive Antonio made sure we were always looked after simon ate and ate pizza was just melted cheese on raw dough get rid of that place Oh that's Osaka as we went on a side road show us the cities we don't need that many temples they all begin to look the same Very disappointed in not being told it was a Spanish company I would not have booked I booked through touradar not the other one very hard to talk to people when they don't understand your language Love the Vietnam tour so booked with you again

  If you care about an immersive travel experience do NOT book your tour with Europamundo. Their itineraries consist of a long check-off-list to visit many points of interest. Groups are large, sometimes exceeding more than 40 clients/ 1 guide. The majority of the time will be spent commuting in a crowded bus. Upon arriving at a destination, a short guided tour took place, sometimes followed by 30 mins - a 1-hour free time before being constantly reminded to get back in time to the bus on the way to the next destination. The food included in the tour was run-of-the-mill, often having to make long queues before being able to eat. Outside of the formal tours, there was not enough guidance as to where we can eat and what to order in our free time. Most of us do not speak Korean/Japanese and have no idea what food to order or how to order as most of the menus do not have an English translation. One of the tour guides even recommended Burger King, pizza, and pasta for a night's dinner in town! The guide did not even mention any places that would help us better immerse ourselves in the cultural cuisine. We did not pay thousands of dollars to go across the ocean to have another pizza or burger. Before the trip, the initial Q&A with the representatives was also very poorly addressed. Entering Japan required filling out several digital forms. Some of the information requested in the form can only be answered by Europamundo. I have contacted them at least FIVE times for some guidance in filling out the form only to be DELIBERATELY ignored each time stating that filling out the forms is not their responsibility. During the trip, so many of our fellow travelers haven’t even completed the forms as they have the same issues and questions we had. This is NOT excusable behavior for a tour company! If your idea of a tour is to check off as many places on a list and have subpar customer service, Europamundo may work fine for you. For the rest, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  Excellent tour! The tour guides were very knowledgeable. The only complaint is the tour company did not communicate to the guides that I noted I do not eat meat, but all of the guides did their best to accommodate. I really enjoyed the trip!
