Wasn’t made aware of a 7 hour flight delay for one of our domestic flights so was left waiting in the lobby of the hotel for over an hour before being contacted about the flight change. We didn’t have to worry about any transportation or transfers as they were all smoothly sorted out for ourselves. This trip is really good value for money and covers all of the top things you must see in Vietnam. There were options to upgrade to higher class hotels/cruise ship but the 3 star hotels we went on were very nice. A highlight of the trip was the Ha Long Bay and Mekong Delta. Even though we have already done this tour I would do it again!Show more
