Europamundo is a very professional company and our tour guide is very knowledgeable and ensured all guests were well looked after. The accommodation they arranged were excellent and very comfortable. The coach/bus was very comfortable and plenty of space. I enjoyed meeting people from different countries. This was a very well organised tour and I will definitely travel with Europamundo again.Show more

He is very knowledgeable... friendly... I was amazed by his multitasking abilities at the same time giving best friendly service lvto fellow passengers... I like to mention one particular service he provided... I accidentally forgot to pick up my main luggage at Copenhagen hotel... All my important staffs were there... He worked with me constantly to get the luggage back.. but as ups is not able to deliver the luggage on time.. he talked to the management of Copenhagen hotel to keep it in safe custody.. eventually after a month when tour ends. I picked up the luggage from hotel. .during an after the tour ... He was communicating with hotel about the luggage and provided updates to me.... I think he went beyond his regular duty to help a fellow passengers.. his always similing compassionate face is engraved in my mind...In my opinion I will definitely tell that he is the best tour guide and I am grateful to Tour radar for providing best of best service...prabir sahaShow more
