- Anjana· July 27th, 2019AGRA FORT when we entered this beautiful monument, we had no idea about this rich history. we never imagined our guide - Afshana, would make such an impact on us. she approached us very calmly near the entrance and mentioned that she is willing to share just half of what the male guides were charging. she showed us all the important places inside the fort and beautifully explained the history with amazing stories and facts. she explained with such enthusiasm which made us more eager and excited to know more about this amazing monument. she patiently clicked all the family photos and helped the elderly while climbing up and down the stairs. Afshana who hails from a very low background but studied and worked hard to become the only female guide in the entire city, she is following her moms footsteps, who was also a female guide. she has two daughters, so i urge whoever plans to visit Agra fort in the near future, Kindly hire her as she will make this experience your best.Show more
