  Timeless Egypt & Jordan was a really great experience. Mina (the guide for Egypt) was one of the best tour guides I've ever had - he was patient, very knowledgeable, and made an effort to ensure our group was getting along well. The actual tour itself was great, it made sure to cover the highlights of Egypt so it was very fast-paced, but definitely worthwhile. Our guide for Jordan, Gabriel, was also amazing and very knowledgeable about Jordan. All in all, it was a great trip!

  This is a great trip knowing that it is a group tour which involves long bus rides and waking up early. I would recommend this trip to those wanting to see all the highlights of Egypt and Jordan safely. For the extra activities, I would recommend Abu Simbel and the hot air balloon ride at Luxor. It’s a bit more expensive but make sure to book the sunrise hot air balloon ride. It is definitely worth it. Make sure to bring some $1,$5,$10USD to use. Not everyone takes the credit card. When exchanging your money to EGP or JD, avoid the airport. When you arrive at the hotel you will meet your tour guide, ask him where to exchange money. The rate will be better. For hotels, their star system is not the same as Canadian star system. Expect 3 star hotels. For food, you will be eating a lot at the hotels or buffets. You will get tired of it. Please remember that you don’t need to eat at the place your tour guide takes you. Leave the buffet and find a local restaurant nearby using google map. Not only will you save money but the food is so much better. I would definitely recommend upgrading to a flight from Cairo to Aswan. It will be worth it! And Aswan is nice so you get to have an extra night in Aswan. You could upgrade to the train instead but the train is loud and the bathroom is gross. For Day 4, ask if you can stay on the cruise ship instead of the felucca. The felucca is freezing and you will get eaten by mosquitos. And the bathroom in the felucca is disgusting. If I could change the itinerary of this trip, I would skip the last day in Cairo (day10) and go to Jordan. It would also be nicer if the flight from Cairo to Amman is earlier so you have more time in Amman (but this would be hard to control with airline schedule). With that extra day in Jordan, it would be nicer if we could stay overnight at Dead Sea enjoying the mud mask and floating. With the current itinerary, we only had 30min at the sea and felt rushed. The staff actually shut the water off so we couldn’t wash off the mud on our faces. Overall, this trip was one to remember.

  The itinerary was very good. The tour guide made some changes to the itinerary based on the group. The tour guide was very good and knowledgeable in explaining all the sites we visited. The hotels we stayed were also very good. Overall it was a very good experience.

  Very good tour would highly recommend. You get to see a lot in a very short amount of time. The only thing that could have been done better is more time at the pyramids. We were given an hour, maybe an hour and a half and told to just hang around the first pyramid and we would drive by the other two. The pyramids were whey I came to Egypt in the first place I don't want to drive by them and definitely want more time. Why wouldn't I go see the other ones if I am already there. With that being said that portion of it was very rushed, but there was so much more that was visited.

  This was such an amazing experience. I was so nervous going to Egypt and Jordan but there was never a time I felt unsafe or uneasy. I will never forget the friendships I made and the memories that were created. Each day brought something exciting and unforgettable. Mina was the best tour guide I could have had ever asked for. The knowledge and humor he brought to the tour made it so much more special. The only bad part of the tour was saying goodbye to everyone I met. I could not pick a favorite day because it all was perfect and better than I could have ever imagined.

  EXCELLENT RATING IS FOR THE EGYPT BIT OF THE TOUR. Had the best tour in Egypt. Exceeded my expectations. The tour is packed that most of the time it requires waking up very early in the morning. Maybe not for older people. Also pay extra for that plane to Aswan. It would be soooo worth it. That bus ride is sooo long (14hr) and sooo tiring! Food and hotels were soo good. Hany who’s the CEO I believed, was so responsive to all my questions. I asked maybe 30 questions via email before booking and kept asking whilst on tour and he was responding on time! Our egypt guide, MINA MALIK, is the best there is. Very informative and patient to all our requests like stopping at the groceries, etc. we had a different guide in our last day in egypt and he’s not as good as Mina, for me atleast. That restaurant he suggested too was way too overpriced. 200 egp for a chicken shawarma sandwich (too expensive for Cairo price)! Transfer to Amman was nice and smooth coz we got a guide even at the airport. Sadly i didnt enjoy the Jordan bit as much as i enjoyed egypt! Maybe there was not much to see apart from Petra and guide was as enthusiastic and informative too. He was sooo eager for the tip as well that he kept reminding me to give it (he said standard of 30jod or above if you want to give more) which for me the service he gave wasnt worth that 30jod tip. If i were to turn back time, I’d rather book the 15days in Egypt with a longer stay in Hurghada.

  I just want to thank Timeless Tours for our wonderful time in Egypt. We did the combined tour with Jordan as well but I think that they worked with another tour company for that part. Either way they were both great! In Egypt we had our tour guide (little) George who has been doing this for many years. Unfortunately the day of our tour start day was on October 7th, 2023 but despite the conflict happening next door, we were made to feel safe and well taken care of. It seemed like everywhere we went someone knew little George! Just goes to show how much experience he has doing this. At times we were put with the other timeless tour guides and their groups, big George and Meena, and they also were very knowledgeable and friendly tour guides. I liked that we had the options to do add-ons if we wanted to, especially because it is already a very busy itinerary. We did not mind the early start days because we ended up beating the crowds in some places and it was also less hot in the early mornings. I highly recommend doing the hot air balloon ride in Luxor!! That was my favorite part and such an extraordinary experience. Originally we were supposed to take the sleeper train but ended up switching for the flight. I am glad we did that as it allowed us an extra night at the hotel in Aswan, which also happened to be my favorite. We did the overnight felucca boat instead of the cruise and that was a unique experience. The staff were great and it was just a very beautiful, calm ride. You sleep in the open air on the boat overnight so please bring some kind of protection from the mosquitos (woke up with a ton of bites). The food at the accommodations were meh but if you get food outside of what’s included it is better. Little George got us Falafel sandwiches on our way to Luxor, and they were amazing!! In Jordan we had our tour guide Gabriel who was also very informative. He also protected us from potential scams and gave us many tips on what to look out for when we were on our own.I wish our time in Jordan was longer. If you are nervous about going to Egypt or even Jordan I can tell you that these tours have the best guides and especially the timeless tour guides in Egypt will make you feel like family. Thank you!!!
