  Good afternoon We would like to inform your tour company that our Timeless Jordan Tour was excellent. Mohammad who is the tour manager was great he was waiting for us at the passport control area and our immigration pass thru was quick and seamless. Our tour guide / driver Jihad or we called him Jay was very knowledgeable very punctual with pick up and also very friendly he made our stay Jordan memorable we feel welcome in the country . We would appreciate if you extend this message to the tour guide and tour manager in Jordan. Amman West hotel in Jordan was very central and has friendly staff would recommend this hotel again Petra hotel was great, good food friendly staff would recommend this hotel as well Wadi Rum Oasis is Wadi Rum was also great Tour guide in Petra Mohammed was very knowledgeable friendly would recommend him again as a tour guide in Petra Overall the tour company you have connected with Timeless Jordan is great , I will not change any thing it was perfect. My self and my husband travels a lot and this is the second time we use Tour radar for our travel plans . We tried your company when we went to India also that was great. We are looking forward to continue with your tour company as we plan our trip in September to Australia and China in 2026.   About the Egypt part of the tour I had an incredible experience with Remon during my trip to Egypt. From the very start, it was clear that he is not just knowledgeable but truly passionate about sharing the rich history and culture of his country. He took the time to explain everything in detail, offering fascinating cultural tidbits that added so much depth to the tour. He also helped me navigate local pricing, which was invaluable. As someone with a severe food allergy, I was initially concerned about dining during my trip, but Remon went above and beyond to ensure I always had safe and delicious options at every venue. His attentiveness made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless. What I appreciated most were his recommendations and optional tours—each one was thoughtfully chosen and added something unique to the experience. He’s respectful and caring, almost like a dad, which made me feel incredibly safe throughout the journey. If you’re looking for a tour guide in Egypt who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend Remon highly enough. This was a trip to remember, and he played a big part in making it so special. About the Jordan part of the tour there Is a lot of room for improvement, Jordan is a beautiful country but the tour itinerary and the tour guide wasn't as good as the one in Egypt. More than once I felt uncomfortable and rushing without the option of enjoying our stops.

  The tour was fine, however some tourist traps should be avoided. We were brought to a very touristy and pricey restaurant, the driver ordered for us without showing a menu or prices - disappointing! There was a constant discussion on was included and not. On the last day there were some entrance fees to be paid, despite the itinerary stats that all entrance fees are included with the Jordan pass.

  I had an amazing experience exploring Citadel Hill, Jerash, Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea. The driver Ahmad was very courteous and helpful; the accommodations and meals were all good; the administrative assistance and oversight from Naim and Jamal were very helpful.

  I went with 3 girlfriends, and we met 2 other ladies from another country who joined our tour. Please understand that the drivers, guides for specific sites, and other people in the sites were absolutely amazing at taking us around, sharing their country and history with us, and allowing us to immerse ourselves in their culture. What was poor was the tour company (Timeless Tours) and their unorganized way of handling our tour. We did not get the proper orientation (we arrived into Amman 2 days prior and did not know we were to meet them at the King Hussein Mosque) and had absolutely no idea where we would be staying, what time(s) our driver would be arriving, and how long we were to spend at each site. In addition, there was no transparency with what was not included in our tour (i.e., tour guides in the Citadel cost us an additional JOD 60, in Petra JOD 50, the Greek Orthodox of St. George, and Mount Nebo church). We were happy to pay but wished we knew ahead of time! We were also transported to the wrong hotel at Petra, and we had no contact of theirs or our driver (thankfully our driver returned after 15 minutes- felt like forever!). I think this tour would have been great if they had a clear itinerary, list of contacts and places, as well as all pricing included in our package. The lovely people of Jordan definitely made this trip so I rate this whole experience GREAT, but I rate Timeless Tours very poorly for handling everything.

  Worst travel experience - I, a solo female traveller, was harassed by the tour driver called Mohammed Shelbayeh, disgusting old creep. He waited until remaining travelers were not around asked if I was married, I said no, he asked if I was looking for a husband, I said no and then said if I was looking for a husband that he is available. I’m 25, this man was over 50. I was even more shocked because he had told us earlier in the day that during this trip he is like our brother and let us know he has 4 children and a wife, with one of his daughters being married. After that I avoided conversation with him but he still tried to unnecessarily talk to me throughout the trip, provoking arguments and made me feel uncomfortable instead of simply doing his job as a driver. Also he did not provide much commentary as our guide. He also diverted from the itinerary to offer additional services of his own to see destinations not on the itinerary like Aqaba, Red Sea and Ajloun - ripping off tourists for more money. I also did not like Meneur hotel on the itinerary, it was quiet and in a desolate location with no tourists and did not feel safe at all.
