  Before arriving in Cairo i had no idea what to expect and would i be overwhelmed. But, after sitting with Mina and listening to him tell us of our plans i felt better. If i had any questions Mina answered them. Jessica started feeling a bit ill and when Mina found out he immediately started freeing what could be done for her. I’d have no idea where to turn and he helped greatly allowing Jessica to enjoy her trip. I noticed that after that Mina seemed to be looking out for jessica and her health. I won’t forget that. As far as Egyptian history goes i was so impressed with Minas knowledge and ability to explain it to us. There were so many names and dates he stated i can’t remember,but, now that i’m home if i see shows on tv or print i’ll be able to relate easier thinking back about what he said. I really appreciated the fact Mina was there if i had any questions regarding what we had seen or of travel plans. He really made my trip quite enjoyable. Thank you “King” Mina!

  The tour was amazing. It covered a lot of grounds that any tourist would like to visit. Cairo visits were well chosen. The cruise on the nile was perfect. The time in Hurgada was super relaxing. Our guide Medhat was exceptional, super friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of each and one members of the group and was at all times on top on everything. The resort in Cairo, Jaz pyramids, was amazing. The other resort, Gravity hotel and water park in Hurgada was also amazing. The cruise ship The Lady Mary was wonderful. In short, all resorts and ship were really beyond expectations. It was a trip I recommend to anyone willing to visit Egypt and its name, Best of Egypt, for once, is a true name. A thousand thanks to Timeless Tour and its professional and friendly staff, and a zillion thanks to TourRadar for putting us together with this agency. Life is beautiful...

  Just got back from the trip and touring with Timeless tours was a great joy. They made sure to arrange an exciting itinerary and ensured all of us had enough time at each destination to enjoy and take pictures. For my vegetarian friends, the crew on the Nile cruise ensured there was always grilled veggies on our table besides the buffet options. Overall people are nice and we felt safe. Definitely recommend the tour.

  Excellent!! I had an incredible experience traveling solo to Egypt with Timeless Travels/ TourRadar and I couldn’t be more impressed. I started my trip with a bit of trepidation about female safety in Egypt, but the team ensured a smooth airport pickup, guided me through visa processes, and supported me through out. Meeting fellow travellers in the group was also very comforting and reassuring. The 10-Day Itinerary: The 10-day itinerary was spot on! It included 3 nights on a Nile cruise, 3 nights at a lovely resort, and a mix of other decent hotels. While some days required early mornings (around 3 or 4 am), it was totally worth it as I was visiting some of the most iconic sites in the world. The trip balanced heavier days with some lighter ones, so it never felt overwhelming. It checked off everything I wanted to experience in Egypt. Guide and Crew: A huge shoutout to Ramez and his crew! They were fantastic. Ramez, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. He made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times and took care of everything without any hiccups. His passion for Egypt’s history and culture truly shone through and made the trip even more enriching. Food: The food was decent overall, though it could get a little repetitive at times. There were a lot of moments where we were overfed, and then other times when we went for hours without eating. The breakfast boxes were a bit of a letdown, mostly just bread and buns, but that’s a small thing in the grand scheme of such a great trip. Weather: I underestimated how cold February could get, especially in the mornings and evenings. A good jacket is a must, and sometimes full coverage clothing is necessary to stay warm. Definitely be prepared for the chill, especially if you’re traveling by boat or early in the day. Tips and Expenses: Street vendors and tips at public washrooms can be a bit annoying. Some of the sellers were persistent, and the lack of basic amenities in some public restrooms was a bit inconvenient. However, these are minor things in the grand scheme of such a wonderful trip. Suggestion: One suggestion for Timeless Travels would be to provide more upfront information about pickup guides and vehicle details. Upon arrival, I was a bit panicked as I wasn’t sure who was picking me up and if I could trust the person. Though the whole process of the pickup, visa, and drop-off to the hotel was ultimately smooth, it would be reassuring to have this information ahead of time, especially for solo female travelers, to feel more secure upon arrival. Overall, I highly recommend Timeless Travels for anyone considering a solo trip to Egypt, especially solo female travelers. I felt completely safe, had a fantastic itinerary, and got to experience Egypt in a way I’ll never forget. 5 stars!

  Ok....due to the fact that I clearly stated the day of arrival....and no greeting at airport left me in a lurch of where I was going ...staying...was a mess and stressful...after finally getting it figured it out....paying an extra 140 dollars was not cool. The overall van and transport was nice....the drive to the boat...you need to promote the airplane more....the road is horrendous..the sights were great...the vendors not so much.Tour guides explanations were good...needs to lighten up a tad...and try to inject maybe a bit of humour into it.The boat on the nile was nice.....the food very bland....could do with out the two day stop in Hurghada...not a resort kind of person.....if there was more info on golf there I would of been happy. Trip back to Cairo was ok.....long and last day at museums I felt a tad rushed while trying to take photos. Best stop there was at market where you didn't have to haggle on items......other then that it's ok....but again could pass on perfume factory... papyrus place...or alabaster shop....just felt pushed to buy things. Again I would recommend the company....but won't go above okay.....think it's hard to please everyone but it was a cultural eye opener.Best of luck in future to timeless travels....they will work out the kinks.

  I am so happy I found this tour group and so grateful for a wonderful trip!! Hany from Timeless Tours was so helpful with all of my questions and concerns before and even after the trip. Safety was a top concern but Hany was extremely responsive and indicated how flexible they are should I have wanted to adjust plans! Not only did it feel very safe throughout the trip but I had a blast on the Luxor hot air balloon (and of course loved all of the temples and sites)! After the safety concerns, the next thing I appreciated most about this trip was how small the group was. My group was only 6-9 people during the 10 day trip but we periodically combined with different people from another small group and this was very enjoyable! (I am still texting regularly with many of these friends & we hope to meet up again in Egypt and other countries!) I had a terrific time but shared my feedback for improvement and this was taken earnestly. I really appreciate a company that cares about their clients even after payment or transaction is complete. It shows they value their mission, customers and reputation. I had a great time and would love to go on another tour run by Timeless Tours!

  We wish we had more information about the daily programs tours while there .at the resort in the end we were left out completely for 2 days without any instructions

  Very good tour. Visited many of Egypt's sites. Was described as "moderate" on tourrador's site but was full on. I was the oldest and people on the tour who were in their 20s found it to be hectic. We were waking up at 3am some days and leaving at 4am. Our tour guide Mina was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had 14 in our group and we all got on very well. Be careful though as we were taken to places outside of our itinerary where we were pressured or expected to make purchases. The Egyptian people hound you to buy their wares. We did have 2 free days out of the 10 and it was much needed. Stayed at quality hotels. GRAVITY was amazing. Enjoyed my holiday despite early wake up times and it was worth the money I paid. Was met at the airport by a Timeless Tours representative and had return transfer no problem. Moved around to different areas in Egypt and no problems with luggage being lost at all. Great Christmas and excellent new years eve celebration with an amazing banquet at Gravity hotel and aqua park. Thank you Timeless Tours
