There was an issue with booking originally and the communication thru the tour radar app definitely needs work as we had to call the office overseas when our questions were not being answered. As it was we only found out the tour we had received confirmation on was cancelled the day before our departure - but nobody got a hold of us - it was our panicked enquiry from us to confirm pick up time and location the day before the tour was to depart that brought it to light to tour radar. All meals are not included, but breakfast is. All I can say is WOW - this trip surpassed my expectations in every way and the best part of our tour was our amazing guide Uriel. He is a wonderful soul and an asset to the tour company. A few pointers: Accommodation choice were lovely, Addo was our favourite safari stop, and all of the other activities were amazing and great value too. The drives never felt too long, we had great entertainment: music, guide sharing local stories and interesting history. Uriel did a great job of bringing our group to life - making everyone feel part of the small group travel experience. Oh South Africa - what a magical place!
