Well organized trip. Good communication from Globus. Pre-trip access to the excursions could have been better.

The hotel-Sheraton Waikiki-was nothing short of fabulous! Everything was great, room, location & view. Our tour director Roby was extremely helpful, informative, interesting & kind. His suggestions were wonderful-especially taking the Circle Tour after we left the ship to fill the day before we went to the airport. Stellar trip once again Globus!

We had a wonderful week, all your staff are warm and friendly. The port excursions were amazing, learned so much Hawaiian history despite having visited twice before.

Roby on our Hawaii trip was really knowledgeable about the restaurants and places to visit. Also, he made sure we understood meeting places, etc.

Cruising Hawaii's Paradise with Sheraton Princess Kaiulani- This did not follow anything we have done before and can not recommend it. Air Fare was forced to be purchased 6 months in advance with their airline choice. Much better deals and flights times if you do your own; but we were traveling with friends who had already booked the trip. ( We went from the East Coast.) The cabin reservations on the Pride of America were to be linked; but Globus waited until one month before the cruise to book cabins and we were at opposite ends of the ship. Again, if we have booked it ourselves we would have gotten a better deal and been assigned our cabins 6 months in advance. The Sheraton Hotel was nice and convenient to Waikiki beach. The included Polynesian Cultural Center tour is over rated and scheduled so you don't have time to do anything unless you pay another $25 per person. The bus tour was scheduled to arrive 2 hours after the PCC opened with traffic. The PCC says you can not see everything in one day so having only 2 hours before a 4PM luau is ridiculous. So to get 2 more hours we paid the extra per person for the later luaui at 6 pm. The islands of the cruise were great even though we missed Hilo because of a bad storm with 50 m/hr winds. Maui and Kauai are the best of the islands in our opinion. The Globus write-up book sent just before we left for the trip had many errors and mis-information as well, particularly on tipping. I would not recommend prepaying tips for Globus as our friends did and we didn't. They were having to tip when we did for bus drivers and bag handlers. We have traveled for 45 years and this trip was the most expensive because of our anniversary; but we would not use Globus again compared to other choices which have turned out much better. Other tours may be better but this one you can do your self and have a better time at a much lower cost.
