  I recently had the misfortune of booking a trip with Timberbush. Despite my efforts to communicate my situation, they were utterly inconsiderate and unwilling to wait for just a few more minutes. I informed them that I would arrive within 5-10 minutes, even suggesting we could cross paths en route if they paused briefly. However, their lack of empathy was astonishing, particularly during the busy Easter holiday. To exacerbate matters, despite expressing my concerns as a solo female traveler, one staff member callously advised me to make my own way to Portree. This utter disregard for customer safety and well-being is unacceptable. In desperation, I was forced to spend an exorbitant £99 on an Uber ride just to catch up with their coach at the first viewpoint. While the trip itself was satisfactory, with the driver providing excellent service, the abysmal customer support tarnished the entire experience. I've been on numerous trips in the past, but this has undoubtedly been the worst, marred by their appalling lack of consideration and responsibility.

  I had an excellent time on this trip. It was informative and entertaining; our tour guide Eoan (not sure how to spell it) gave us a good variety of historical facts and fiction, also mixing in the use of music to pass the time. Both accommodation mornings we got picked up right outside of each of our various accommodations. We were never driving for more than 1 hour straight, as there were various stops to stretch your legs and take photos along the route. It was never boring as our guide always had something to say about whatever it was we were driving past. All in all, I highly recommend this bus tour as a way to explore the Scottish Highlands, specifically the Isle of Skye.

  Awesome quick trip. Our driver, Euan was fantastic and more importantly an incredible storyteller. With all the driving on this trip, he made it all the more entertaining. Highly recommend if you have 3 days to explore somewhere incredible!

  we had a wonderful trip with Neil as a very good storyteller and excellent driver. unfortunately the stay at Portree was less agreable. all restaurants were fully booked and a good number of people had to ultimately do with a take away pizza and eat it in their rooms. this problem was the same for lunch and/or dinner. it would be wise to inform your clients to book a table via the internet long before going to Portree.

  We spent 3 fantastic days doing the Isle of Skye tour with the lovely Gillian. Scotland is not a tough sell as it was one of the most gorgeous places I had ever seen, but Gillian really went above and beyond. The tour has perfectly timed stops for drinks, snacks, using the bathroom (all of which were impeccably clean), or to stretch your lega. Gillian gave us great historical background and context to all of the places we visited. We had the perfect amount of time at each stop to take photos as well. The staff at the Caledonian Hotel in Isle of Skye could not have been lovelier as well. I cannot recommend this trip and Timberbush Tours enough!

  I recently went on a 3-day tour with Paul B, which was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and truly cared about everyone having a great time. Paul went above and beyond to ensure we had memories to last forever. He even sang songs to us that held significant meaning in Scotland. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the region who may not be comfortable driving, is a solo traveler, or wants to see many things in a short time span. It involves a lot of time on a bus, with many stops for walking and stretching your legs, but most of the tour is spent on the bus. Be prepared and mindful of this, as you'll be in close quarters with other travelers. The Highlands are beautiful and get better and better as the tour continues. It's truly an unbelievable experience. Thank you, Paul B and Timberbush, for an unforgettable journey!
