  I had a really excellent experience, one that I will remember forever. Our tour guide was amazing and went above and beyond. The long bus journeys were a little tideous but other than that the trip was great. I liked the activities, the accommodations were well kept.

  This trip was excellent , brilliant , wonderful and amazing. Recommended everyone this trip. The guide and all people from bus was fantastic. Every single accommodations was excellent. The ladies from Korvala was very friendly and they been very helpful. Two guys from Camp Alta was very great. The snowmobiles are wonderful and great. Also enjoyed IceHotel - wow. Absolutely stunning place to visit. Love so much Narvik - nice place and so pretty.

  The tour was amazing ! I come from Canada so for me seeing snow is normal. But the landscape were so much different. The bus is confortable, but the thing is that for overnight sleep it was not comfortable. This is the only thing i can complain on. The rest was perfect ! The included food, the accommodations everywhere where amazing ! I recommend it for the money you pay. It's worth !!! :)

  The only thing I can say that was not good was the comfort of Ye seats in the bus. Having to sleep in that kind of bus for 2 nights is hard. The seat must go down more and the space between the seat in front of us is not enough. The rest was perfect. The food was perfect. The organisation, the drivers, the guide, were perfect. Accommodations were WOW ! And I really appreciate the sauna. The only think I didn’t like is the SAMI excursion when we have to wait outside with the reindeer’s and freezing !!! And the Sami guide when talking is not easy to understand.

  Oh my god I had the best time ever!! Everything was so well organised and fantastic.. I saw the northern lights.. did husky safari and snow mobiling.. went to the Sami village.. had a great time chatting with the Sami family.. fed some reindeers.. Marcel was incredible.. had a superb time

  The 4 persons cabin at Korvala is too small to accomodate 4pax, no space to put luggages. Optional tour at Korvala for Husky Safari the run is too short, not value for money (we paid the same amount last year in saariselkä but the trip is much longer) Very disapointed we got a room without sauna at Day 5 resort. Since the tour is open for working adult, we think that there should have an option for room upgrade - to have our own twin sharing room instead of sharing with other tour mates.

  I did the 9 day tour that ended in Helsinki. The tour was amazing with once in a lifetime opportunities. We went dog sledding, saw the northern lights, snowmobiling, ice climbing, had a traditional sauna by the lake and got to see Santa claus in his official village. Great trip and met some great people also. Be prepared for the overnight bus rides though!

  Do not book with Scanbalt Experience. They will lie; telling you that they'll give you accommodation information so that you book with them, then when you do, they will refuse to give you any information. I'm having to leave Australia without any documents or even basic information from Scanbalt Experience. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life.
