Wonderful tour. We had the opportunity to visit all major highlights in Yellowstone and Great Tetons. Our guide, Hogan Malek, did a great job by taking care of everything we needed. This is my second time traveling with Bindlestiff and I highly recommend this company

Yellowstone/Grand Teton Camping Tour Amazing trip to National Parks (Yellowstone & Grand Teton) in Montana/Wyoming! Each day, the guide made it possible to explore tens of incredible places in addition to the standard touristic spots, not forgetting to enjoy untouched flora and fauna and to spot wild animals. Camping was comfortable, a large variety of fresh food was proposed for breakfast/launch/dinner, sleeping bags kept warm even on relatively cold nights, driving was not exhausting due to many stops and the transport was suited well for a group of 12.

OUTSTANDING TOUR! Our tour guide Joseph Spaid was the best guide and i have taken many tours over the years. attentive to group needs, excellent meals choices and food organization. super knowledgeable on the area visited, personable professional d always willing to got the extra mile for us. he fitted in a lot of extras for our group including a surprise early morning visit the Lamar Valley for wildlife spotting - well worth it - wow! Thank you Joseph! Bindlestiff Tours was great at communicating with me pre tour. the shower sin Yellowstone were closed due to covid and they reached out to all guests prior to the tour to communicate this and had alternatives for showers lined up to fit in perfectly with out touring days. exceptional customer service ad extremely well organized. food was great, weather was perfect, guide was excellent. food prep was easy- mix of healthy strit frys, salads, BBQs and more. Loved every second for this tour and will be back for sure - thanks you Bindlestiff Tours!

First of all may I say our Guide was knowledgeable about flora and fauna and geological aspects of the areas we visited. If he couldn't answer a question he took the time to research it. He had a great sense of humor and since our group was 11 women, he truly needed this. As far as the trip - the places we visited are incredible and the diversity of our earth was definitely displayed in the National Parks. The travel time was much too long. We almost spent more time getting to a place than being able to hike and explore the place. We were rushed and there was minimal to time for hiking/exploring/shopping. I enjoyed choosing our meals and helping to cook them. For the most part facilities at the campsites were adequate except in Yellowstone there were no showers. Sleeping on the ground with a 1 inch pad under me was difficult. As far as the food kitty, our hotel cost in SLC was taken out of the kitty. I think that should have been specified or that cost could be added to the tour price and the total $130 be used for food. Overall the trip was interesting and unique. I probably would not recommend this trip for older adults - just too much wear and tear on the body (sleeping accommodations particularly). Hiking was not a problem. Another comment - it seemed that communication/preparation between our guide and Bindlestiff was less than stellar. Some paperwork was missing and there seemed to be confusion as to points of entry for the parks.

I don't think I would choose this trip again although the sites visited were fine and overall I enjoyed the trip due to the comradery, an opportunity to learn, and the beauty of our National parks. There is a lot of travelling/sitting in a van for hours at a time due to the start and end point being in Las Vegas--far from most of the sites. It would be better to start in SLC and have more time at each site to get in more exploring, learning, and hiking. The company provided only one guide who also served as driver, food shopper, liaison with the company, etc. This does not allow the guide, who for our trip was very knowledgeable, to accompany the participants on many of the outings where their services would be most useful. The company advertised this as "glamping" which is definitely a misnomer. Yes, we had decent tents (which we put up ourselves) and sleeping pads to put under our sleeping bags (which BTW did not keep their air), and we were in campsites with running cold water and flush toilets, but not all locations had showers and the restroom facilities were nothing special. We prepared menus and cooked our own meals and did our own dishes. These things are not all issues, but I would not call our trip "glamping." I hope this feedback is helpful in organizing and conducting future trips. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. Suzie
