- Sandi· September 11th, 2022Overall a good experience. Hotels were good, except in Abersee where there was only one restaurant open. Bikes were comfortable, but we would recommend ebikes as there were steep hills that we had to walk up even though we are experienced riders, used to hills. However we were not able to use our bike lights. We enjoyed the walking and the maps and signs were useful. However the bike maps had some problems. We were often lost in the towns. The worst was going to Berg, where the map showed a right turn, but you actually had to turn left. Later we were completely off the map and only got back by asking a local. We finally realized we should use the posted R2 routes if the directions were unclear. We still really enjoyed the whole experience.Show more
