  Stein was absolutly amazing. There are no bad words. She was always kind and always bubbly and positive even when she was sick and had to miss out on the part of the trip she was most excited about. She always went out of her way to help all 50+ of us wether it be with sickness, transport, meals, drunkenness, hot spots, and extra activities. She made bus trips bearable with good movies and new music we had never heard before. She was always happy and we always had a good time. She made me feel so safe when we were travelling and made sure we were aware of all the scams locals played on tourists and made sure we were protected in our hotels. She is not only an amazing tour guide but an amazing person. I would go on tour with her again for sure. In fact next tour I do will be determined by if she is the tour guide or not! Absolutly made the experience a million times better. She has the most contagious laugh and the sweetest smile. Love you lots Stein xx Paris ;)

  Carolyn is an amazing guide, she is so personable, loveable, knowledgeable & the best guide anyone could have asked for. By the end of the trip everyone loved Carolyn & didn't want to leave. She puts 110% in everyday even when she is probably tired & sick like the rest of us. Lots of love to Carolyn going above & beyond for us all.

  Carolyn was an amazing tour leader. She’s informative, incredibly organised, caring and concerned about well-being. She never steered us wrong the entire time, particularly with directions and other things to do. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time on our tour.

  What an absolute treat to have travelled around beautiful Europe with such an amazing trip leader, coach driver and all around family of passengers! There was the perfect mix of history, modernity, education, fun and all around laughs. Honestly could not fault it!

  Carolyn is an amazing trip leader. She is friendly and always willing to go out of her way to lend a hand and give out tips. Carolyn's knowledge about all the cities we visited was excellent, she has definitely done her research. Anyone that gets Carolyn as a trip leader in the future is extremely lucky.
