Well what can I say, but this was not true. In Whistler I shared room with 6 people - which is not what I paid for. In Banff in the end, I had to sleep 4 nights on a sofa, which I also did not pay for! I hope you can find a solution for me. The rest of the trip was amazing! However their was not much included for the price, it did make it a incredibly expensive trip with the add ons.
