Kendra· December 19th, 2018Overall our experience with Bamba was below average. The staff replied to our WhatsApp messages promptly and we’re efficient in responding to our concerns, however, the amount of concerns we had throughout our 12 day expedition wasn’t worth the money we paid for their service. It would have been easier to do this trip ourselves. Bamba experience had not contacted any of the accomodations we had been assigned to in our itinerary, to make any reservations under our names. Further each hostel had requested payment from us at the end of our stay because Bamba had not organised payment either, even after we raised our concerns with them. Transportation was organised well and the selection of our Uyuni tour was incredible and certainly the highlight of the trip. However, overall we won’t be recommending this company and stress their need for organisational improvement to better satisfy their customers.Show more
