  I recently returned from the incredible 12-Day Thailand tour with Intro Travel and couldn’t recommend it more. The route was well designed and thoughtfully planned, giving us a great balance of activities and relaxation. Transportation between locations was seamless, making the trip stress-free from start to finish. Having some meals included was a real bonus, and the included excursions were well matched to each destination – from exploring Bangkok’s temples, to seeing wild elephants whilst visiting the floating bungalows in Khao Sok. Our group leader, Paula, was fantastic – knowledgeable, approachable, and extremely patient, making everyone feel comfortable and supported! Her considerate nature really made a difference to the group. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I'm already planning which destination to explore next with Intro Travel!

  I had an amazing experience from start to finish! The travel process was completely stress-free – everything was so well organised, making it easy to just relax and enjoy the trip. A special shoutout to Paula, our incredible group leader. She was not only super helpful and patient, but also so much fun to be around – she truly made the trip extra special! We got to explore so many fantastic hidden gems and took part in some unforgettable experiences and excursions. It was the perfect mix of adventure, culture, and great company. Highly recommend!

  Being my first group tour, I could not have asked for a better group of people and a better tour guide! The itenarary was planned and executed to perfection, with any small changes being communicated effectively. Izzy was knowledgeable about all the things we were doing and even when she didn't know something, she'd find it out and let us know.

  Such an incredible tour! I cannot recommend this tour enough. The journey led us to seeing so much and doing so much. Visit landmarks, ride boat tours, wild night outings, and beaches and sea excursions. The group was full of so many wonderful travellers. More tourists than I expected, like two dozen or so. But given there was so much company meant that you can experience the tour to the absolute best. And our tour guide Lucy Bell is one in a million!

  I have just finished the 12 night Thai Experience. What a fantastic couple of weeks. We booked as a group of 6 friends joining others making up a group of 16 overall. Our group were all a little apprehensive not least because of our age … we are all in our 50s. The wider group ranging from 19 upwards. However our group leader, Izzy Ablewhite put us at ease immediately. She always went above and beyond to make the time to check in on everyone and ensure we were all enjoying our trip. She was always full of energy, local knowledge, would sort any problems and was very good at communicating the itinerary even what you should be packing for the day. Izzy made sure everything ran smoothly from ferry tickets, minibus transfers, activities to even sorting any minor issues at restaurants. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The trip gave us the opportunity to visit and experience some unique locations and accommodation, floating bungalows, treehouse in the jungle and the paradise of the beach bungalows in Koh Phangan! Thank you to Izzy for making this an unforgettable experience

  I was a little apprehensive joining a tour as had never done before but need not have worried as Izzy (able-white) our leader was incredible as putting us all at ease immediately ! Izzy made sure she chatted with each member individually everyday just to check in on them and reassure/resolve any issues or concerns. Izzy was full of energy and motivation for all of our activities. She made a point of engaging with every group member and pulled everyone together brilliantly. The tour had some excellent hotels in incredible locations that we wouldn’t have found without intro travel- for example treehouses, beach bungalows and floating bungalows. We ended up with pure luxury in clover hotel on Phuket which just ended on a high. The restaurants were fantastic throughout and there was always a table waiting for us and great service. Izzy would resolve any food issues with the staff straight away taking away any stress we could have had if travelling alone. We had some unique experiences through intro travel such as local cooking lesson, temple visit with monk blessing, local farm tour and lunch, elephant sanctuary, speed boat day and snorkelling. Izzy made sure we knew timings and kit list for each day the evening before with reminders also. Any question was answered immediately and nothing was too much for Izzy to sort. Izzy organised games throughout the tour to gel the group and then ‘awards’ were presented on the last evening. Izzy sorted out our onward travel for the end of the tour and organised us in sharing taxis to reduce cost depending on timings. Overall my intro travel experience was fantastic - definitely down to Izzy, her buzzing personality, high energy levels, empathy and superb organisation skills! I must also give a massive shout out to her her local team, especially Tanya who was always counting heads and watching the bags! Thanks Tanya

  This was my first ever tour, but won't be my last. What an amazing couple of weeks with Intro Tours and expertly led by the brilliant Izzy Ablewhite The itinerary included so much in just 13 days with amazing highlights I'll never forget. It found a perfect balance of activities and chill time.

  I loved the tour, our group leader Paula made it a lot easier. She had the perfect balance of putting us in our place and also able to understand us and have fun. We had some amazing parties and unforgettable nights. I will now refer to any time longer than someone said to “Paula time”. A Paula minute is a minute like no other. All jokes aside Paula and Jade were the best, couldn’t have asked for two better people to lead us.
