    The tour guide (Izzy) was just amazing. So friendly and helpful & also such a laugh! Would do every tour if she was my guide. Would like more time to adjust to jet lag but I suppose the show must go on! Great ‘intro’ experience - wouldn’t reccomend 9 day if that’s all the time u have in Thailand but defo would if you’re planning onward travel

    I just finished the Thai Intro tour, it was an amazing experience. The itinerary was well planned, fitting as much as possible into our time frame with a good mix of activities, sightseeing and beach day/ chilling out and getting to know other travellers. We got to see some beautiful places I wouldn't have found by myself. Travel was well planned so we could have some downtime and rest between activities. Our tour guide Emma was brilliant, very knowledgeable on the different locations we visited and the local culture. She helped everyone get involved in the activities making us feel comfortable and never leaving anyone out and I feel like she helped the whole group connect. I have met some amazing people on this tour and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. It was just easy and took the stress out of travel. Thanks so much to Emma and all the Intro team 🙂

    I was on the Thai Intro 12 day tour with Emma as the group leader and she was excellent! So well organised and prepared for anything and everything. The itinerary was great with each day being different, but so enjoyable. Would 100% recommend intro travel to anyone.

      The age range for this tour is from 18 to 39 years old. This means that children under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate due to the nature of the tour. However if you are over 39 and young at heart please contact our customer support team to see if you can join the tour.

      An airport arrival transfer is included in the tour price. A departure transfer is not included however, your group leader can help you organise this during your trip.

      As long as you note your allergy on your booking then the group leader will be able to help you with your dietary requirements. There are loads of food options in Thailand so you should be fine for the tour.

      The cost of the tour includes all of your accommodation, all of your activities, an airport pick up & all transport throughout your trip.
      It does not include, flights, insurance & your transfer back to Bangkok.

    • How much money should we take for other expenses on this tour?

      As spending money varies from person to person it's really a difficult thing to advise on. The best option is work out a day by day budget of how much you'd like to spend, then also have some emergency funds available as well.

      It's best to take a Visa/MasterCard debit/credit or a travel money card with you. With a back up PIN protected card to keep elsewhere (say with your passport) in case you lose the primary one. There are ATM's and moneychangers available throughout Thailand so it's easy to get access to cash. Traveller’s cheques are not as recommended, as they are not accepted everywhere and carrying large amounts of cash is not recommended.

    • Payment information
      • For any tour departing before March 4th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 4th, 2025, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with INTRO Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
      • Some departure dates and prices may vary and INTRO Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
