  Fantastic tour with a great balance of learning the local culture, nature-exploring activities, and time to socialise with the tour group. Our guide had great local knowledge and connections with the locals, was always enthusiastic, and made himself available to help with any issues at all times. Help with navigation before and after the tour was very helpful and assuring. I could not have asked for a better tour guide and have already put a deposit down for my next Intro tour.

  Unreal experience. Layout of the tour has been brilliant from the activities put on, to the hotels and villas we’ve been staying in. Would defiantly recommend. Finally, massive thankyou to Hendri who definitely made my trip that much better, genuinely great guy and was unbelievable the whole 12 days.

  The tour was filled with fun and exciting activities whilst allowing people the freedom to explore surrounding area. The tour guide was not only friendly and knowledgeable but helpful at every point of the tour making the trip worry free so that I could enjoy the trip

  I can’t fault my leader at all, she’s incredible and if it was her alone my star rating would be 5/5! Her dedication, care, time and effort is outstanding not forgetting her dance moves, jokes, shot pouring ability and The tour was also great, I loved most of it, and if anyone was to ask me would I recommend intro and Tess then it’s a yes 1000 times over. For me theres a few little things I’d change. I think less time in lovina, I loved the rice fields tour and surfing and though seeing dolphins was great some free time in the villa would have been amazing because it is is beautiful and one of my favourite times was our group in the pool getting to know each other more it was just too short. I would have liked the option of water rafting in ubud also as the free time here was quite a lot (though appreciated this is something I felt I missed out on because I didn’t account for it in my travelling) Some of the restaurants werent for me but that’s personal and mostly because I loved the home cooked meal and more traditional I would have liked that maybe one night again rather than somewhere western. Saying this I’ve honestly loved so much of it and overall I’d recommend this tour and will be doing another myself so that says a lot.

  Last week I done the 12 day Bali intro tour. These tours are great for solo travellers or anyone who wants to travel but is unsure of where to go/ what to do. There’s a full itinerary already planned out, with the best of the best places in it. You even get picked up from the airport! Tess and Amie were our group leaders, which were absolutely amazing with everything. They both were very knowledgeable, if I had any questions they would always know the answers. Tess and Amie made me feel really safe and comfortable on the group tour, they were always down for having a laugh, having fun and always up for having a dance! But, they were always very caring and professional when they needed to be. All in all I had an amazing experience with Intro Travel and I will definitely be doing another group tour with this company again!

  The Bali 12 day Intro tour was truly an experience I’ll never forget! There’s a great mix of activities all organised really well, and the experience is topped off by the fantastic group leaders who put so much effort in to make sure everyone is having a great time! Big shoutout to Tess and Amie for being so amazing!

  Everything was so seamless and easy which meant I was able to relax and fully enjoy all of the activities. This was especially due to our tour leaders, Tess and Amie, who were amazing and kept the big group organised.

  Everything was very well organised (transport, activities, hotels) and I really liked that we always had local guides with us and that local businesses were supported. I really enjoyed the various activities that we were doing. Our leaders Tess and Amie were extremely kind and made us feel very comfortable during the tour. They always checked in on us and made sure that everyone was okay.

  It was an amazing experience! I didn’t know what to expect when the tour started but it was all very easy and we had a great time and made some amazing new friendships. Our group leaders Tess and Amie did a great job and everything was very well organised. They’re very kindhearted and open people and help you with any issues or questions you have. I would definitely join another tour with them again!🌞
