I greatly enjoyed the locations we visited, especially the drive around Kangaroo Island and the chance to walk around in the national parks, seeing koalas in their natural habitat and the furry seals on the beach. It was so nice that this tour planned in frequent stops in small towns for coffee breaks and time to walk around, so we could see Aussie life outside the big cities! And somehow Peter, our tour director, always managed to stay on schedule. He did a great job organizing our visits, giving background on the places we were traveling through, and superbly managed all the details so we could have a carefree vacation. Ashleigh, our driver, was also amazing. She handled our huge tour bus calmly and efficiently on difficult roads, (like the great ocean highway) that were winding and narrow, and expertly maneuvered through heavy traffic in the cities. They were a great pair who clearly enjoyed working together.Show more

I reconned it to herding a bunch of cats, they have the patience way beyond what I have. The tour took in the sites and the little known places one would just drive past.
