I would prefer to write a personal review directly to the tour company with suggestions of improvement, but I’m not sure where to do that or who to write it to (Trafalgar or Costsaver). Especially for one major issue! Prayfully they will let me know. It was just not long enough in the great places and to long in others. Many agreed. Just the same, I would recommend this trip to anyone! Amazing sceneries! Nice people. I would have preferred it be reinforced by the tour director for everyone to be respectful and hygienic when coughing or sneezing. Again, a great trip overall!Show more

The cities and sites visited were well chosen and quite interesting. - Rachel· October 10th, 2023Horrible travel director Amanda Flint. She made our trip very unenjoyable. Will NEVER recommend a cost saver trip because of this travel director. She was extremely rude, unaccommodating, and had the WORST attitude. I will tell all my family and friends to AVOID COSTSAVER because of AMANDA FLINT. She should be reevaluated as a travel director. She was never nice to my family and I and gave ZERO information when asked about certain things to do in the area. Most useless tour guide I have ever encountered. She was SO nasty. Waste of money because of this travel director. The hotels/accommodations were ok, the overall destinations were nice. But Amanda Flint ruined our trip with her disgusting attitude. She would not let us get our personal items out of the coach bus there was medication that was needed and she refused to let us get the bag. My family and I have been doing these tours every year (first Cost saver trip) and we have never had such a horrible travel director. Please do your company a favor and have this woman removed IMMEDIATELY. I usually never write any reviews but this person boiled my blood so much I had to tell my experience. We spent a lot of money on this trip and we were extremely disappointed. I highly suggest choosing Gate 1.
