    This was a long-time dream for me to see Egypt with its Pyramids; Sphinx and to experience their Egyptian history, culture and customs. Alam and the rest of the group (who became very good friends) made it come true for me! with Alam's extensive knowledge of Egypt's history and his passion for his country. His history lessons never bored me, but the time just passed to quickly and with sadness the tour had to come to an end.

    Had a great great time in Egypt with our guide, Ramadan! This was long-time dream for me and Alam (and the rest of the group) made it come true for me! Friends & family were worried when I told them I was going to Egypt but I felt safe throughout the tour, except for the expected hassling from the hawkers. My favourite highlights were Abu Simbel (despite the crowds), sailing on the Nile in a felluca (ahh the peace and quiet) and Alexandria - it wasn't part of the tour but our guide allowed us time to go into the new Library and do a bit of reading which was soo awesome! If you are hesitating to pick Egypt as your next holiday destination, don't - it's perfectly safe and it's a dream come true to hear the stories of pyramids and pharaohs come to life!

    • For any tour departing before March 2nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 2nd, 2025, a minimum payment of $400 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
