He guided us very well to awesome places & Met wonderful people in glass blowing & leather goods with various people playing accordions, guitars with beautiful voices. He also helped us with the other tour company for we didn't get any updates from them. They neglected to have driver for us in Rome to airport we had to pay out of our pocket so we would be there for our flight. These 2 different tour companies in my opinion weren't doing good job at all. If needed I have their names but should be in our package that Brian Johnson was our tour manager.
