The extent of effort put into from them is unreal to the point they can guide,care,organise and raise spirits for 20 different people at one time is unheard of but these guys do it, anything that goes wrong these boys will fix it for you instantly no matter what time or who for. And I just want to say both are the most wonderful tour guides you could have. They weren’t just tour guides. They were missing persons retrieval, anti-theft protection, medics, DJ’s, and most importantly they were our friends. We were so lucky to have Biggy (and Smile) because the made a good tour great. Biggy is typical of thai people, he is helpful, always respectful and just wants to do everything he possibly can to make sure every group member has the best experience possible. He really couldn't have done anymore, it didn't matter what time it was or what the problem was, it was never an issue for biggy and he was always there to help out. Biggie went above and beyond for me especially I had bad sun burn which turned into blisters he assisted me every day for 12 days sterilising and bandaging my foot . She was so helpful and fun and really made the trip for me. I loved every single place we visited. It was so well organised. All accommodations were in amazing locations, and I could not recommend this tour enough. This tour exceeded all my expectations and I will definitely be booking with TruTravels again based on this experience.
