The broker - Tour Radar were a let down - they failed to liaise with G Adventure (the tour operator) with any of the personal information I'd supplied such as air port transport times and dietary requirements which did make some things unnecessarily difficult. The itinerary included well selected destinations that gave me a sampling of the Caribbean coast, national parks, and the Pacific Ocean with beautiful beaches. Josimar, the CEO and other tours requiring local tour guides were knowledgeable with each l itineraries. Josimar exceeded our expectation in helping our group with their specific needs like Covid testing before our flights and transfers . We liked how this tours were scheduled that there were days that were free to choose other activities that were interested considering not everyone like to do the same activity.
