  Outstanding trip with tremendous support by the OneSeed Team before, during and after the expedition! Our private group expedition proved highly successful with all seven of our hikers reaching the summit. Following this challenging climb, the safaris to Tarangire and Ngorongoro were more than any of us expected. Lots of big game animals in the wild! highly recommend OneSeed as they know how to do expeditions right!!

  Our tour was unique because OneSeed facilitated an atmosphere of family not staff and client. We had so much fun singing, dancing, talking about Tanzanian life, and connecting on a human level.

  Kilimanjaro experience was awesome. Staff support was great. Loved it all. Safari was too long. Too much driving last day and didn’t enjoy second day. Guide could’ve been more knowledgeable and a better driver.

  This was a trip of a lifetime. One Seed Expeditions truly knows how to get the best people for the job, I felt so taken care of on that mountain. I ate better food than what I would have ate at my own home. The cook was amazing. The service was excellent. The guides Gabriel, Hebron and Doude are such a great combination, they really compliment each other and make an over all extraordinary team. I felt a little dizzy a few times as the altitude increased and they made sure I was safe, took my backpack before I knew I needed it taken and made sure I stayed hydrated. These guys are trained on keeping us safe while also encouraging us and singing and teaching us songs along the way. From day one they were all eager to share their knowledge of the plants and animals on the trail. They answered any questions we had and were very knowledgeable about each environment we encountered. We did the Marangu Route and I was surprised how adorable and comfortable the cabins were. The porters bring you warm water to wash up in and they woke us up with homemade cappuccinos. Right when we would arrive at a new hut they would offer popcorn and tea/coffee/hot chocolate as a before dinner snack. My muscles were sore but I definitely felt spoiled at times. Reaching the top of Mt Kilimanjaro was a one of a kind experience I will never forget and I encourage everyone to do. It was like hiking into outer space, the landscape changed so often and the stars were bigger than I have ever seen them. After the hike we went on a 3 day Safari and it was a blast! The safari vehicles are so much fun and the guide knew the best places to go and taught us about all the animals. And we saw so many animals! Tarangire National park was full of life. We even woke up to seeing a line of probably 30 elephants marching right by our camp. I was ecstatic. We went to a national park known as the home of tree climbing cats and it was really cool seeing all the animals in a jungle setting. The Ngorongoro Crater was like being on a national geographic episode. The staff set up tents for us and made tent camping feel luxurious. Tanzania is a beautiful place and I would love to go again. This was my fist One Seed Expeditions trip and from the moment I signed up they gave us helpful information and got back to us quickly if we ever had a question. Everything was very organized from start to finish. I am already planning my next One Seed Expedition trip with my husband and our friends that went to Kilimanjaro. Patagonia here we come!

  We hiked Kilimanjaro with OneSeed and it was the experience of a lifetime. What an adventure and with OneSeed handling all the stress of planning all we had to do was show up and hike! Would recommend OneSeed to anyone looking for more then just a vacation.

  We hiked to the summit of Kilimanjaro with OneSeed. It was great! They make everything from the planning to the travel easy and stress free. What an adventure! Would recommend for anyone who wants more then just a vacation.

  From check in and welcome to the warm good-byes, we had a blast with One Seed Expedition. Top notch crew during the Kilimanjaro hike (Hebron, Gabby, Ayubu, Peter and Beatus were excellent, knowledgeable, caring, competent people) and a wonderful safari guide (Kazi and his protege Baraka). The itinerary made the most of two weeks in Tanzania; it was fast-paced but that was part of the challenge and the overall experience. Only one suggestion for improvement: the boxed lunches for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians were pretty bad. Al the other hot meals were fantastic, well balanced and healthy. The boxed lunches could use some improvement.
