- LFLeen· January 14th, 2023Trafalgar tour was very well organised and guide Clarisee is very experienced and sincerely cared for the entire group of 49 guests and her driver. My experience was badly impacted especially at the start of trip when I'd sort help with Tourradar with regards to the flight delay (no fault of ours) that resulted the missed connecting flight which then resulted in my inability to arrive in Rome as planned i.e. a day prior to the package tour. I ended up incurring charges for the hotel stay in transit in Frankfurt as I was re-booked on next available flight ie. 18 Dec (a day later than scheduled). No reply received till later and only informed that I cannot receive any refund for my Rome hotel booking (through Tourradar) for the missed day (17th Dec). Very disappointing as no help was rendered during the crisis and only to end with message that no refund can be given days later. Understand such incidence may be a norm for a tour operator as may clients are handled internationally but do note that to the client, this one unexpected crisis may be his/her 1st and only time / experience.Show more

John· May 29th, 2022Tour was very thorough. We got to see a lot and also avoid big tourist crowds with early entry. Oberammwrgau was indescribably excellent.Trip date: May 2022- Barbara· April 8th, 2022Booked pre-Covid then trip was canceled. Unable to get a refund and now they changed the rules to be fully vaccinated. So now we loose all our money! Hoping our lawyer is able to help us.
