  It was great having Bobby as our tour guide. Straight away when we met him he was so welcoming and excited to have us. His tours have been great everyday he gives us good communication about our day and what to expect and what to bring. His knowledge of his country is amazing and live to hear him speak so passionately about the areas we visit. He brings a good amount of energy to group always smiling and positive and good to have a laugh with. Overall it has been a great tour with Bobby

  We loved having Bobby as our tour guide!! He is so knowledgeable about all the places we went to visit, it was interesting and fascinating learning about the history of all our experiences. Bobby is also very compassionate, he goes out of his way to accommodate you and make sure you’re happy and well as he is very approachable. You can have a good laugh with him too. He will always make you smile.

  Just finished our tour around Vietnam & would highly recommend Bobby. I've done a few tours in Southeast Asia & Bobby stands out as he was great fun & clearly loves the job! He has loads of great local knowledge & I felt by the end of the tour he was more of a friend than a guide. Thanks again Bobby

  I had an amazing trip with Intro Travel. I visited Vietnam on a 12 day Experience Tour. I had high expectations but the tour exceeded all expectations. All activities were fun and carefully planned. Our itinerary was full but it never felt rushed. I experienced way more than I would have on my own and I made some new amazing friends on the way. Our tour guide, Liam was well organized and made sure everyone had a great time.

  I loved every single minute of the trip, it was amazing having Bobby as our tour guide. He knows so much about his country and Vietnams history. He showed us places that we would not have seen if we went by ourselves.

  Bobby was the best tour guide I ve had. He knew everything about the history of Vietnam and more and could answer all the questions we had. On addition to that, we felt that he was a part of the group, taking part in the games and activities with us, which made the experience nicer. He has a personality that makes the group bond together, he is always looking after out his group and make sure thay everyone is safe and is enjoying.

  This tour was amazing!! So much fun, with a wide variety of activities that ensured everyone could take part. Scenery was absolutely gorgeous, and we were so lucky to have both Bobby and Liam as our group leaders, making sure any problems were resolved efficiently and any questions we had were answered. Highly recommend this great experience!!

  My wife and I just finished the Vietnam Intro Tour and had a fantastic time. There were 23 of us on the tour and our Tour Leaders were Bobby Nguyen and Liam Birtles. Bobby and Liam were absolutely AMAZING…there wasn’t a single day where they didn’t check in to see if there was anything we needed from them and if everyone was enjoying themselves. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were having an experience of a lifetime. Bobby provided us with a lot of Vietnamese history and culture and Liam made countless trips back and forth between whatever venue and the hotel to make sure every member of the group made it back to the hotel safely. We were the oldest folks on the group by a long shot but we were treated no differently by Bobby, Liam or anybody else in our group, which was great! We loved the Vietnam tour overall. The locations and activities were excellent. Particularly loved Ha Long Bay, the lantern making, cooking class, Ninh Binh, and Chu Chi tunnels. I think there was a great balance of organized and free time. Bobby and Liam always had suggestions for free time activity ideas. On one day, it wasn’t that warm so about half the group wanted to go to the Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills instead of the beach. Bobby and Liam quickly arranged to make that happen. We highly recommend this trip!
