  The 4-day tour in Andalusia was very well organized: in a short time we covered great distances, visited important sights and learned many new interesting things. In short, the trip was excellent. The main merit had the Riad guide - an encyclopaedia with great capacity to transmit information/communication, extremely polite but firm. Also the local guides excellent.

  overall tour experience was good, I was very happy with our tour director and various tour guides. My only disappointment was the very limited tour of Alhambra in Granada. We didn't see the inside which was unfortunate.

  Overall, we were extremely pleased with our Julia Travel tour. If you don't have a lot of time and you're budget wise, I can't imagine a better tour for seeing a large percentage of the best of Spain!

  They've taken money out of my bank A LOT of money and I've never heard of them never been travelling never BOOKED with them. There's clearly been a mixup on their end just wanted to put this out there, hope they see it and get this sorted with whoever has paid for the trip!

  This tour left a lot to be desired. We spent quite a bit of time in locations that didn't warrant it (Seville) and not enough time in other locations (Granada and Toledo). It felt very rushed, and the meal locations were lacking in between countries (ex: expensive cafeterias on the side of the highway). Grace was really pushy and we felt pressured to sign up for the extra activities within an hour or so of getting on the bus with very little explanation on what the activities were, and no previous knowledge that only cash is accepted for them. We had to take out money at an ATM which charged us quite a bit. When I told Grace we were only interested in some of the activities, she was a bit rude saying that we inconvenienced her by indicating we MIGHT be interested in all the activities. She was an okay tour guide on the bus and in Toledo, most of the information sounded like she was just reading off a script and she was not very engaging. There was definitely not enough free/flex time if we didn't want to do exactly what the guide had planned. I would recommend: -being upfront (have a written description) of the extra activities and their cost and indicate that they are CASH ONLY before people get on the bus for their tour -giving more flexible/free time in cities -spending less time in Seville and more time in Granada and Toledo

  1)Tourradar never sent me an itinerary; I must call Julia travel to know exactly the departure point 2) No wi-fi in the bus as I saw in other tours 3) The hotels classified as "standard" were less thant that, we had problems with the rooms in both locations 4) The local guides were excellent but in particular for Toledo was a dissaster
