The driver was absolutely superb, but I’m sorry the tour director well was not good It took us four days to get our labels ,four days to start the rotation of the bus he never gave us the right information and in the end we just was all smiling saying what will William do wrong today I’m sorry but the man is in the wrong job. The rest of the tour was absolutely brilliant love the people that were on the coach, the hotels were fine, the one near the beach ,we had No food As William told us there was a restaurant at the next hotel well we all walked there when we arrived. It was beach bar and they had run out of food and was shutting at 6:45 . There was a small cafe on site and we saw the other bus people going in for an evening meal ,so if possible could you arrange this and it could be an option exter !!! As we had No food! There was no were else to go !!! Or change the hotel!!!Show more

We went more places than mentioned in the brochure and the ones mentioned were great. The only disappointment was the timing of the colors. This is always a crap shoot and we were a week to early! One hotel was even under repair. The driver was very helpful with our luggage’s. He was an excellent and very safe driver. However, he got lost a few times, giving me an impression that this was his first time to do this route. I wished we had name tags for each traveler that can easily start a conversation and identify your co traveller.
