Mark· December 2nd, 2023Overall we were very happy with the trip. There were a variety of places to see. We did not get off to a good start- there were last minute changes to accommodation which were not good and our driver was not able to communicate in English. On the first day in Cochin we were not able to see the sights on the itinerary due to these issues. When we raised these concerns the company were very quick to resolve them to our satisfaction. Issues arise but it is how people deal with them that is important and we were impressed in this regard. - Maree· May 1st, 2023My driver was very passive aggressive.Couldn’t understand what I was trying to communicate to him.Didn’t want to get out of the car to show me anything,wanted me to go to all the places by myself,had no interest in explaining anything about any of the places,tried to bully me into doing a tour I didn’t want to do.He knew I was upset.W hen I told the manager of the hotel I was going to go home because of issues with my driver,someone,probably my driver,told the head office that I needed to go home because of a family emergency,an absolute lie,and I have not been reimbursed for any part of what I paid,including an extra night I paid for at the end of the tour,which I obviously didn’t use,as I came home after 3 days.A very expensive lesson learnt.Show moreTrip date: April 2023

My driver Suveesh picked me up from the airport and was my driver throughout the entire experience. He was polite and courteous and knowledgeable about the areas where we visited. During the journey, we built a good friendship and I thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humor and companionship. His driving was very safe on some difficult journeys and I felt completely at ease throughout the whole trip I had such a memorable time. I hope to return to India and share some more memories with Suvessh as our guide and driver. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of booking a tour.
