What a great experience. Went to all the major sites. The guides were very informative and friendly with an abundance of information. Our transport organiser, John, was just great. Had answers to all the questions and assisted us through the airport on arrival and departure. Would recommend this tour as a taster of the things Egypt has to offer. Will definitely be back to visit more of the country.
- by Renee GrahamThe tour was amazing. Our tour guide, Aissa, was amazing. The tour was well organised and well structured. My only wish was to know how long you spend driving from one destination to another. Because Australia is a big place I expected the drive from one town to another to be a half-day drive. This wasn't the case as the road conditions are very different. Sometimes I was disappointed at how long I spent in the car.

The organisation could have been better. We were kept waiting till 16.00 on the first day while several people disembarked at the port in Tanger. This meant that visits were very brief that day.
- by Ian MillerOverall, the tour was EXCELLENT! All of the tour guides were wonderful. Spain was good, but I feel that my experience in Morroco was twice as good! Morroco has a lot of history, and I enjoyed learning more about Morroco's history and culture and visiting the municipalities of Rabat, Casablanca and Marrakesh. The optional excursions offered throughout the tour were excellent as well, and made my experience exceptional. I HIGHLY recommend this tour!!

The tour guide was fabulous. I wished that the bus had charging capabilities and wifi so that we could maximize taking photos and uploading them to social media. The itinerary was okay, but the itinerary is very deceiving. Some of the descriptions are not accurate. There is no 4x4 jeep safari. There were not enough ATV’s for everyone on the trip that wanted to participate. We did not ride the camels to the camp. Very disappointing. The desert camps were not what I was expecting. The first was closer to what I thought being in the desert was like but the second was not. I wish that it was made clear that camping in the desert during the winter requires a strong warning that there are extreme cold temperatures in desert at night. There should be heaters in the tents as the blankets don’t keep you warm enough. You need toques, scarfs and mittains. The second camp had nothing to do. I wished we had more time in the towns of Agadir and Essouira. The hotels were not really four star. They were clean but shabby and did not have great breakfasts.
- by Sabrina FernandesIncredible Experience! Saw everything you could want to see in Egypt with an amazing guide. I would recommend this trip to any of my friends or family.

Great tour covers so much of Morocco including walks to Gorges, picnic in Cedar Forrest with Monkeys around. Camel ride and camp in Sahara Desert a highlight. Also staying in Riad’s was great. One or two hotels were a bit out of towns so free time was wasted. Great Guide - Abdou & Driver Mustapha Local guides were good but Tour of Medina in Fez took very long time lunch not till 3.30pm and lots of calling into shops for display but seemed like just a selling opportunity. But the trip was great and enjoyed by all the group - age range was 28 to 70yrs . As the name suggests- just Magical.

i'd say 90-95% of the country you see in these 2 weeks. i liked it very much. the people were kind. all this 'customer harassing' didnt happen and i didnt even see it. Good country- good people. But the bus had too small seats and some of the hotels were not so good.

Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Tour Operator I regret to say this was one of the worst tour experiences I have ever had. While the initial tour price was low, it felt like a bait-and-switch tactic as numerous additional costs were piled on during the trip. One of the most disappointing aspects was the cancellation of the felucca ride, a key highlight of the itinerary, which was replaced by a cruise that I was asked to pay an extra $100 to join. The hot air balloon ride in Luxor, another highly anticipated activity, was almost double the price compared to other operators offering the same experience on platforms like Viator. The tour leader repeatedly took us to perfumeries and papyrus galleries where we were significantly overcharged. While I understand that tourists often pay a premium, I booked with a tour operator expecting to be protected from such practices, not subjected to them. Meals were another area of disappointment. A typical McDonald’s meal with drinks in Egypt costs around $7, yet we were consistently taken to restaurants where meals were priced at $10, with drinks costing an additional $1 or more. While this difference might seem small, these inflated costs added up, and I ultimately spent at least 80% more than the base cost of the trip. In conclusion, this tour operator failed to meet basic expectations of fairness and transparency. I strongly recommend avoiding this company and exploring alternatives to ensure a better and more honest experience in Egypt.
- by Anupam KumarVery good tour. Visited many of Egypt's sites. Was described as "moderate" on tourrador's site but was full on. I was the oldest and people on the tour who were in their 20s found it to be hectic. We were waking up at 3am some days and leaving at 4am. Our tour guide Mina was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had 14 in our group and we all got on very well. Be careful though as we were taken to places outside of our itinerary where we were pressured or expected to make purchases. The Egyptian people hound you to buy their wares. We did have 2 free days out of the 10 and it was much needed. Stayed at quality hotels. GRAVITY was amazing. Enjoyed my holiday despite early wake up times and it was worth the money I paid. Was met at the airport by a Timeless Tours representative and had return transfer no problem. Moved around to different areas in Egypt and no problems with luggage being lost at all. Great Christmas and excellent new years eve celebration with an amazing banquet at Gravity hotel and aqua park. Thank you Timeless Tours

The trip was extremely well coordinated . The guides and drivers were punctual, and very kind . Highly recommended. Have a new appreciation for Algeria , a country whose government walks the talk Taking care of their people and not caring much to have tourists
- by Nazanin Mohaghegh-YazdiWe were to visit Egypt in March 2024 but unexpected medical emergency severely restricted my mobility which is to take 3 to 6 months to recover. Despite the cancellation conditions TourRadar readily agreed to refund my deposit. A very generous action. Communication with them was excellent and the deposit was returned to my account in days following my original message. A very honourable and reliable company which I would recommend. Sorry we missed our trip.

Amazing trip wonderful guides
Our tour guide Hamza was very attentive to each person's needs and really helped make things easy for our group. Weather in November was great most of the time and we avoided most of the dreaded heat in Morocco, although we had some chilly days in the mountains as rain moved in. Hotels were hit or miss sometimes. Take some Imodium and Pepto bismol with you as traveller's diarrhea is common in the area but pharmacies have most medications you would need available otherwise. Alcohol was surprisingly available, even in mostly rural areas but if that matters to you ask your tour guide as often alcohol is hidden away and there is not a strong drinking culture in Morocco. You will get tired of couscous and tagine eventually so keep that in mind when you have good alternative options (sometimes the alternatives are not good). With that said, it's an amazing cultural experience and I learned so much about the national history as well as meeting some great people and having a blast. I would wholeheartedly recommend it as long as you're open to adventure.

Was in the Egypt and the Contiki tour was scheduled to leave the next week. Wanted to see if there was any spots available but they would not look up to see if there was any seats available unless I paid in full. Stupidity I paid in full and then 2 days later they told me that the tour was full. I asked for a refund - they wanted to keep the money for another tour! The tour was over AUD $3000 and 1 month later, they still have not refunded the money. Contiki initially said 7-10 business days for a refund, then I had to chase them again, and then it was 21 days and the next email was 21 business days and now more than 1 month later, still no refund.
- by PatriciaAmazing experience. The best tour I have ever traveled on. My only strong recommendation is to include all the cost of extras into the main price as everyone seemed to take part in all the extras and it resulted in spending $400 extra when I arrived as I didn't want to miss out if everyone was taking part.

This tour is amazing. A quick taste of Cairo before flying south and meandering up the Nile seeing ancient temples. The boat is nice and comfortable and the meals are delicious. But the best part of the tour is (Ahmed) Saladino. This guide is first class. Obviously passionate about his history and culture and incredibly knowledgeable. He has real world experience having participated in actual archeological digs. We were so lucky to have such a great guide. All the staff were friendly and attentive. I would recommend this tour to everyone of all ages, and even more if you are lucky enough to have Saladino with you.
- by christopher corcoranMy girlfriend and I went on the 9-day tour from the pyramids to Nile cruise and the Red Sea. We both had an incredibly positive experience on this trip and were extremely happy with our tour guides Abdul (in Cairo) and Ali (for the remainder of the trip). All aspects of the tour, including transportation, food, and historical information, were handled very well and delivered clearly. I highly recommend this tour as we saw all of the highlights promised in the tour itinerary and were made to feel like welcome guests to Egypt.

I really don’t know where to start because from the very moment I arrived to the very moment I left this was an incredibly brilliant well executed extremely enjoyable educational and one of the best vacations that I’ve ever had in my life. Egypt and the Nile are fabulous places to visit the country is 100% secure the military and the police are very careful the people are beautiful beyond beautiful they are Really in need of others to come to Egypt tourism is down because of the war with Israel and Hamas so for that reason they need more tourists
- by ralph crozierThis tour is a good deal for the price. The hotels and cruise accommodations are all quality. Egypt is safe. At no point in the tour did we feel even remotely unsafe. I would strongly recommend the optional hot air balloon and Abu Simbel tours as they were the highlights of our trip. Our guide on the river cruise Anas was very knowledgeable, made sure we always had what we needed and was just a nice guy to hangout with. Top marks. You see a lot in this tour and then have a nice few relaxing days at the end in Hurghada. We booked a pyramid view hotel in Giza a few days prior to the tour and explored some of the main attractions in Cairo. I would recommend extending this trip a few nights in order to see the Muhammad Ali Mosque and Cairo Tower. Overall happy with the tour. Egypt has beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
