Most of the hotels were substandard. Especially in Thailand and Bali. The tour guides were very good and polite. They were accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable.
- by Ruthie BuffordAmazing!!! Tour Radar fixed and answered all my questions and requests. The tour guides were knowledgeable, attentive, made efforts to accommodate extra tours, spa times and others activities outside of the tour in our extra days. The hotel was also excellent. I am grateful for the kindness of Bali people I will definitely recommend Tour radar and to visit Bali! I willl comeback…

Excellent daily activities arrangements
- by george kanIncredible adventure!! I personalised this tour to skip Bali and went to Ubud and Komodo. The hotels used were fantastic and very well located, with the views in Komodo out of this world. The driver guides for the day trips in Ubud friendly and knowledgeable and we saw so many cool places, they even took us to extra sights we wanted to see. The boat trip to Komodo was the highlight with the most stunning beaches I've ever seen, and of course the huge Komodo dragons. Communication from Vio Travel was excellent from start to finish, as well as there local contact via WhatsApp when in Indonesia, there was always someone to ask any questions or assist. I highly recommend this trip and Vio Travel, thank you!!

The guides are good, the roads, and traffic are terrible.

The tour was a real adventure from start to end - be prepared to be immersed in traditional Sumatran culture and ways of living. You need to be physically fit and mentally tough to enjoy this tour - almost every day you will be doing a long trek through mud or unstable surfaces. You’ll see some amazing locations and truly feel like you live like a local but tbh is comes with very basic conditions, cold showers, insects in rooms. So if you’re up for the challenge it’s an amazing tour and the guide is fantastic as well, but I don’t think the itinerary sets the right expectations for the challenge to come!
- by AmeliaI had an incredible time ! My guide Ippy was that ideal candidate for the job and Indonesia and its people blew me away!

I enjoyed the tour very much. A great itinerary. A lot of activities. A breathtaking nature: flora and fauna. Very friendly and helpful guide. After such a trip, I would like to return to this country again! Thank you!
- by Veronika ZilieneHighly recommend. Absolutely loved the trip and will be happy to do it again. AJ, our tour CEO (guide) from G adventure was very caring, accommodating. AJ provided us history, told us about local tradition, introduced us to local food. Everybody knows him in Bali haha ?. He made us all feel part of trip with friends than a tick box exercise. 14 of us started as strangers and left as friends. Unforgettable trip. Best part was the coverage of Bali - breathtaking waterfalls to blue water beaches, staying at a Homestay was few amongst many highlights. Thank you for a life time of memories ❤️

Everything was always planned in advance, all hotels, restaurants, transport and activities. We never had to wait. The guide did his best to offer us variety and always asked about our wishes and took everyone into consideration

I recently did the Ultimate Bali group tour, and it was absolutely amazing! The accommodation exceeded all my expectations. We stayed in the most perfect locations and had a buffet breakfast every morning. Our Group Leader, Chandy was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind and always ready to help, making the whole experience even better. The itinerary was well-planned, covering fantastic locations that showed the best of Bali. My highlights of the trip was visiting the Monkey Forest in Ubud, hiking up Mount Batur and watching the sunrise, and snorkelling in the Gilli Islands! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking to explore Bali with a fun and well-organised group!
- by ElizabethTegartAmazing tour! Our tour guide Shanty was fantastic and seemed to know everyone and everything about Bali so that the tour ran so smoothly, would highly recommend this awesome experience!

Great knowledgable guide, excellent driver really good itenary that allowed for down time as well
- by Gareth LlewellynI loved the combination of relaxation amd exposure to culture. It was wonderful to get off Bali and experience a few different islands. We were surprised that the tour ran with just two of us, but it was still a positive experience. All of the details were taken care of, and the on the ground operator (Pacto) stayed in close contact with me via WhatsApp. My only complaint is the accommodation on Gili-T, Frii resort. It was notably inferior to the others, and certainly nit a 4-star hotel. We had to wait hours for them to replace the lock on my friend's room because they could not locate the key. The grounds needed maintenance, e.g. the pool was unavailable and we had to use the pool next door. My refrigerator had to be replaced after I almost slipped several times because it was leaking. My friend's room didn't have a safe. Because the bathroom was an open air concept, I had to contend with mosquitos in my room. The room did bit qualify as luxury accommodations, especially when compared with true luxury hotels like the Pullman. Fortunately, we still had a good time. Mustika also did a great job of showing us Lombok. It was my favorite leg of the journey.

Putri was welcoming and informative of the religion and culture in Indonesia and Bali. She helped me get around safely and was always available to help. Would recommend her for a tour

The tour was great and the sites visited were amazing. My guide was Gede, and he did an amazing job explaining the history and background of the places we visited. The hotels were good and conveniently located. I really enjoyed the trip and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Bali and see Borobudur and Prambanan.
- by Kevin FergasonThere were several pluses and minuses having the trip organised for us. The pluses were that I didn't need to worry about taxis and flights and pick up times. The minuses were that I wouldn't have chosen 4 small boat trips and 4 cycling trips ( particularly not on rainy season- our clothes and shoes are still wet from the cycling trips). I would have preferred not to be taken every time to shops with overimflated prices- expensive for London also. Some hotels were better than others.- First 2 hotel had exposed wires and plugging something meant the lights will turn off as they were connected. I dropped something under the bed in first hotel and I really needed to think hard if I wanted to puck up that pen and touch the one year worth of dust. One of the hotels was exceptionally good - clean and cosy. The guide met us in Hanoi and gave us a nice present- instant cofee and Christmas biscuits. He answered promptly to any issues we had related to flights and pick up times.Dot seemed to be available at any time I texted. Much appreciated. Liked his attitude. Before visiting Bali I was thinking I would like to retire on that island some day. After my visit I realised that I would not like to live there. I didn't feel we saw the best of Bali. The guide in Bali was very knowledgeable but we were taken to 3 shops where he said he had to take us- this is what his agency made him do. We were given the option not to go at all. We thought it would be interesting to see how things were manufactured in Bali. We found same products at one fourth the price in the normalarket.
