Hey there  Thanks for your feedback. We understand that a 6-week itinerary may not suit everyone’s travel style but it is our most popular itinerary and tour option that 99% of our customers book because of the value and tour duration. The specific 6 week tour you booked on to is designed to strike a balance between guided activities and free time. We do offer a number of shorter tours and custom itineraries which are suited to customers who are after a faster pace travel style.   We do take pride in our organisation and despite some things being out of our control, we understand the inconvenience caused by the rescheduling and cancellation of some of the optional activities you booked onto.  Refunds are processed weekly to our customers. Sorry for any unnecessary frustration but thank you for your patience.  It’s good to hear your refund was ultimately received in a timely manner.  Our Group Leaders try to foster a positive group experience on our tours so we're sorry to hear about the behaviour you described among group members. Disrespectful behaviour amongst group members is not acceptable so it is disappointing  that your experience was affected by this.   We do not think your tour score is a true reflection of the tour and experience we deliver, but thank you for sharing your comments.
