We couldn't believe how lucky we were on this trip, we got to see a little bit of everything. It was arranged perfect from start to finish and we couldn't ask for more. We would love to come back again.
- by Mickael MullerWe loved loved loved this trip. Bring warm clothes because it can get chilly camping at nightime out in nature. Also bring binoculars if you can and a good camera to take pictures. We have zero complaints!

Superb arrangements and fantastic game drives. The guide was very knowledgeable that made the game drives more interesting. Encountered around 150+ Lions, 9 Cheetahs, 5 Leopards, Thousands of Zebras, Wildebeests. Hundreds of Elephants and Zebras.
- by Ajit's Music and HolidaysEverything from start to finish went smoothly. Hotels were clean, food was good & plentiful with a bit of variety to cover most tastes. WiFi available at each destination helped us keep in touch with family. Traveled in January, only saw 2 mosquitoes but continued taking anti malarials just incase. Staff very attentive, polite & helpful. Safari was wonderful, saw the big 5 with a little bit of help from our wonderful driver and guide Emmanuel. Nothing negative to mention.

This is the best long distance trek experience I have ever had. Every aspect of the tour was so well organised, from the moment we started our trek to the day we summited and the day we came down. We were given the best attention by the guides and porters. The chef did an excellent job making sure we were well fed. Considering how tough the living conditions were, we were afforded so much luxuries which were only made possible due to the effort from the team. For those who are considering going up Kilimanjaro, cannot recommend enough this group enough!
- by Jo Hua KokAmazing touring experience, could not recommend more highly. Food was of restaurant quality - much better than you would expect on a mountain! The team gave us all the assistance we could ask for, and we managed to summit one day earlier than expected with their support. Our lead guides Emanuel and Man Man kept us going the whole way - thank you so much!!

I had the best week with John and his crew this week climbing mt Kilimanjaro. Without the whole team, it wouldn’t have been possible. They were all very friendly and so caring. Always giving you what you need, lots of food, water, hot water for washing, hot water for tea coffee etc. they really are the best team I could’ve asked for, especially doing it solo. The summit climb is an incredibly challenging experience and John made this very do able for me I cannot thank him enough. The food they cook you is amazing, even on a mountain he can make top food, even for a picky eater! The porters make such an effort in getting your tent and gear to the next camp asap even though they must’ve been knackered so I cannot thank them enough. Again, thank you guys so much for helping me achieve this goal.
- by Alex BiddleOne of the best experiences of my life. I did the 8 day Lemosho route with Almighty Kilimanjaro. They were well organised from the start and I felt very safe in their hands throughout the trip. Our lead guide Robert, and his team, made the trip for us. I highly recommended asking for Robert. His knowledge of the mountain is unmatched and it meant that we benefitted from incredible views / moments that others did not due to his understanding of the weather patterns. I went solo (I’m 35) and joined two others (45) to make a group of 3. That was perfect for what I wanted, it had a more relaxed vibe and we were able to set a great pace throughout the trip. It also meant that we felt strong for the summit day and had acclimatised well. Led by Robert and Liberat, we were able to time the summit push to perfection, getting to the top for sunrise. It was an experience like none other 🌅 Other points to note, the food was great considering, you can borrow anything you need from the team and everyone from the porters to the cook made an effort to make us feel welcome. I could not recommend this team more!! Pole Pole! P.S. ask Robert about how he took Cheryl Cole and Garry Barlow and the comic relief team up Kili

Kilimanjaro Wonders Expedition Safari provided an outstanding trekking experience. The 7-day Machame Route was challenging but incredibly rewarding. Our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive, ensuring we acclimatized properly and stayed motivated throughout the trek. The porters were friendly and efficient, carrying our gear and setting up camp with remarkable speed. Meals were delicious and well-prepared, giving us the energy we needed for each day's hike. Summit night was tough, but the breathtaking view from Uhuru Peak made every step worth it. I highly recommend this company for anyone dreaming of conquering Kilimanjaro!
- by Witness alexThe Lemosho Route is an absolute gem! Every day felt like I was walking through a postcard – from dense forests to surreal alpine meadows. The gradual ascent really helped me adjust, and the sense of accomplishment at the summit was beyond words.

Combining Safari and Kilimanjaro trekking proved to be incredible and surpassed all our expectations. The game drive through Shira Plateau was incredible. We saw lots of elephants, giraffes, zebras, antelope, different monkey species, though we did not see any lions. The amazing crew under the leadership of guide Yesse made the trek very special. They were always there for us, ready to answer any of our questions and supported us in so many ways. We had excellent tents and comfortable mats that made us sleep well at night. Food was excellent and I have to commend James our cook for the delicious meals that he whipped up consistently. Zara Tanzania Adventure stands out because their passion and attention to detail. Every single aspect had been planned to the smallest detail. The crew is experienced and we were treated like royalty. iIts 10/10 for me
- by Camano GomezMy wife and I took this safari with Zara Tanzania Adventures and had a wonderful experience. Shaban our guide is true safari expert was the main reason our safari turned out so great. He was knowledgeable about the parks, the best routes to follow so as to find wildlife, best spots for picnics in the bush. He gave us lots of interesting information about the parks, wildlife and culture of the Tanzanian people. We were lucky to have him with us for we would have missed a lot of the animals which he saw first. The Tanzania Wild Camps properties that we stayed in were excellent. We particularly loved Serengeti Safari Lodge, Highview Hotel and Ikoma Wild Camp. They are all so nice places that made our experience more memorable.

This was a trip of a lifetime. The attention to detail was outstanding. Our guides were excellent and very knowledgeable and the lodges were first class.
- by Tracey FarquharsonMoses as well as out driver Omega were truly wonderful. Friendly outgoing generous with their time. Informative. I can’t say enough. There was a little I’ll will between 2 of the travelors and Moses was exceptionally good at easing the problems and making everyone feel comfortable and happy in spite of them. The accommodations and the staff of the places we stayed were excellent

I had an amazing 8-day trek with Kilimanjaro Economy Safari. The guides were knowledgeable, encouraging, and ensured our safety every step of the way. The itinerary allowed for great acclimatization, which made summiting more achievable. The team of porters and cooks was fantastic, providing delicious meals and great support throughout the journey. The views along the route were breathtaking, from lush rainforests to glaciers. Kilimanjaro Economy Safari offers an affordable yet high-quality experience, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro
- by RmaliI recently had the incredible experience of climbing Mount Kilimanjaro with Kili Economy Safari via the Machame route alongside my father. From start to finish, our adventure was made truly special by the exceptional team that accompanied us on this journey. Our guide, Julian, was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also incredibly patient and attentive. His guidance and encouragement throughout the trek were invaluable, ensuring that we felt safe and motivated every step of the way. Julian's passion for the mountain and the surrounding nature was infectious, and he shared fascinating insights that enriched our experience. Isack, the chef, truly amazed us with his culinary skills at high altitude. Despite the challenging conditions, he managed to prepare delicious and nourishing meals that exceeded all expectations. There's nothing quite like enjoying a hot and hearty meal after a long day of trekking, and Isack's cooking made our evenings at camp a true delight. David, our waiter, was always friendly and accommodating, making sure we were well taken care of at mealtimes. His warm hospitality and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience, and we appreciated his attentive service throughout the trek. The porters - Gamaya, Shaban, Adam, Muha, and the others - were the unsung heroes of our expedition. Their hard work and dedication behind the scenes did not go unnoticed. They skillfully carried our gear, set up camp, and ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on the climb itself. Their camaraderie and positive attitude were truly inspiring, and we are grateful for all their efforts. Together, Julian, Isack, David, the porters, and the rest of the team at Kili Economy Safari created a supportive and welcoming environment that made our Kilimanjaro climb an unforgettable experience. Their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care for our well-being were exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better crew to accompany us on this adventure. Thank you for everything!

Traveling with this company is a great experience, and their guides are excellent. I was very impressed by their services.
- by Christopher WalkerThe experience was fantastic! We had the chance to see all of the Big 5 animals, which was truly thrilling. The game drive itself was a real adventure, though we felt quite exhausted due to the rough roads inside the park. In hindsight, the number of days might not have been enough to fully enjoy and immerse ourselves in this type of adventure.

- by joanThe tour was good. Just be sure to ask ALL the questions before you pay. Provider made promises they knew they couldn't keep instead of just being honest. (Number of people in the vehicle). The description in one place says tour begins in Arusha, but in the details says it will pick you up at the airport. They should remove the part about picking you up at the airport or at least tell you they are going to charge you over $100 pp for the transport to hotel BEFORE you book, not after you have paid... especially considering all the people on our tour came in on the same flight. You can find much cheaper at the airport. BUT having said that, the owner did eliminate the transfer fees when I pushed back. The driver/guide was excellent at spotting the animals. The only complaint I would say is he was quite a bit less aggressive than the rest of the jeeps while waiting for the wildebeest migration. They would always rush ahead of us and then we would need to find a spot. BUT, we always did find a decent spot. I really don't want to be too negative because overall the tour was great. There was also a mixup with our accommodations one day, which found us driving an extra hour AND throughout the entire trip 3 groups ended up staying at different locations which was time consuming in the mornings and afternoons. I think this may be pretty normal during high season. But I still can't say I would not recommend this company or the tour. Overall I think it is good value, and amazing opportunity. The 10 days gives you opportunity to see different national park reserves along the way, which is great because you are not driving directly to the Serengeti, as it is a long way away. The other parks included are well worth the visits and break up the long drive. I would do it again. Make sure you know when the wildebeest migrations are occurring (Typically July/August) if you choose to go during wildebeest birthing season just make sure you know when that occurs. The main thing is to set your expectations. You may not see every elusive animal.... but for the most part we did, except for the painted dogs. You are not going to a zoo, you are going to the natural habit of wild animals. Some places charge for water, some don't, it's never really expensive but just be mindful of it. The tour includes pretty much all meals except for the first supper when you arrive in Arusha. The meals were OK, there always seemed to be something you could eat, but not always something that was above par, but again, overall a good experience. Some were better than others. Be sure to pick up some drinks and snacks on the first drive day before you get on your way and out of civilization. The jeeps in the Serengetti are not typically windowless. There are windows you can slide back. The front ones are quite large but the bottom ones aren't as big. Once you get to a place, the drive/guide will open the top so you can stand up and watch. We met some people who were on "Luxury" tours but honestly, they were staying in the same locations as us. Only thing different was fewer people in their vehicle for what we could discern after talking with them. So, long review, overall experience was quite amazing.... just as I said, do your research before you go and ask as many questions as you know to ask.
