Upgraded tour. Simply, perfect. For me, this was all about animals and I was overwhelmed with the opportunities that the guides and drivers provided us while respecting the awesome individuals that oversee these beasts - the national park rangers who provide services in Kenya and Tanzania. Blessed with the time we spent with Masai; would love to come back for the opportunity to spend more time with people; I'm a loner, so animals came first, but loved the people I had the opportunity to meet.Saw the big 5 within the first 3 days we were there; experienced a small window into the precarious lives African animals live daily - just, simply, overwhelming. FYI, African elephants own my heart.
Amazing experience. An incredible safari seeing so many animals with a very knowledgeable guide, then after exploring the beauty of Zanzibar. Very good tour leaders and a great bunch of travellers. Memories that will last a lifetime

This trip combines 2 memory filled experiences into a perfectly balanced itinerary. G Adventures clearly cares about their staff, their community impact, and my own safety. The trip was organized, yet gave us plenty of opportunities to bond and connect with our fellow travelers. During the Kilimanjaro portion Frances our CEO, Musa/Moses my dream maker, and Gasper my G Fighter really went the extra mile (often literally) to ensure I had a successful and enjoyable climb. During the safari our driver Elly had a knack for parking in the perfect shot for pictures and our CEO Moses was fantastically knowledgeable. Throughout the trip the food exceeded my expectations and the G Adventures chefs accommodated our dietary needs along the way.
