We had a number of different guides but it was very well organized and everyone was on time. It seemed like the schedule changed several times and there was at times a number of activities in one day. We walked uphill in the morning and then snorkeling and more walking in the afternoon. Would have liked to have had things stretched out a bit more. You can of course opt out of activities. Navigating to the hotels is no problem from anywhere in town. The first hotel was a very nice facility but the street light was at the height of the room and could keep you awake. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful. The second hotel was a bit worn. The staff did not speak English,
- by Diane Van BoxelThe trip to the Galapagos was eye-opening and exciting, being so close to the wild life animals on land and under the water. All the tour guides are nice and helpful, in particular Rafael Arevalo from Quito who is informative and shared the interesting things about the daily life of the people living in the city. Rafael is also knowledgeable

In first a couple of days, there are some issues. I was fallen down at Lava Tunnel and my arm was hurting due to the local tour guide didn’t pay enough attention on safety in this activity. Later Diego in Santa Cruz Island and Julio in Isabela Island worked hard to keep things smoothly. I enjoyed my time in this beautiful island very much, I appreciate both Diego and Julio’s help. I also think the itinerary could be improved as there are two free days in this tour, I have to purchase other day trips to fill up these two free days.
- by Yu ChenVery well organised and takes you to the best places in Santa Cruz and Isabela. The guides were all lovely and on time with good knowledge. I think it works out cheaper than doing it on your own because a lot of the day trips there are $100-140 and they were all included for us :) highly recommend!

Our holiday was great. We experienced so many wonderful animals, food and people. The accommodation was okay. The casa de Nelly was incredible as was the red booby hotel but the blue house was loud, smelled an awful lot like sewage, was uncomfortable and overall, unprepared. Our drivers were knowledgeable but often late picking us up. We did enjoy the freedom to roam and explore untied to a group.

My tour, the Galapagos Island Hopping, was excellent. The tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and adaptable. The itinerary was great too. Highly recommend this tour, but add another couple of days to visit other islands on your own too.
- by Antonela Diana GageaLoved it! Everything worked out really well, no complaints whatsoever. Would not have changed anything.

What a wonderful trip!!! As an older solo traveler and the only one on the trip, I was truly treated like a VIP. The guides, the communication from the home office, and all the staff were terrific! The itinerary was extremely well-curated and I saw everything I wanted to see and more. Thank you for making this bucket list adventure a wonderful reality!! Your customer service is the best!!!

This is a well organised tour and I really enjoyed it. For each trip was a different tour guide and they were all very professional and very knowledgeable. Galapagos is so beautiful and I got to see so many animals, from giant tortoise to sea lion and colourful fish in the ocean. I highly recommend this tour and will definitely do it again.
- by Miguel WuIt was an amazing trip. The programme was well designed to see as much as possible in a few days. The accomodation was not great, but reasonable for the price. The staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful. They even assisted my husband when he needed to see a doctor. Each programme had a different guide, some were excellent, but at one of the snorkelling trips the guide left me and my kids simply behind - we are good swimmers, but could not keep up. The transfer back to the hotel

BM Tours, thanks for making our dreams come true! Galapagos was amazing, so many memories. Hasta la proxima vez
- by Roberto ChangI’m writing more of an account than a review, so you can decide whether this tour is for you. May suit some people, others maybe not. Day 1 No lunch provided on the first day, had to buy my own. Glad I did as it was the best meal of the tour. Things were disorganised in terms of instructions of travel, felt like I was lost at times, not knowing where to be when. Communication could have been much better. From travelling to the mainland to Isabella will take you all day, so don’t plan on any activities on the first day. Accommodation in Isabella was basic (I would say 2 star), but clean. 2nd day Again communication not great - I later learned that the operator sub contracts all the tours you go on to other operators. This meant having different operators for different activities on the same day. Morning tour was 2 hours in length to see the tortoise reserve and flamingo lagoon. Lunch was ok, but the guide did not seem that enthusiastic. Afternoon tour was three hours to Los Tunnels. A very good tour. The guide was knowledgable, enthusiastic and very passionate. Only a main course for dinner in the evening. Day 3 Early start 5:15 am pick up, so no breakfast at the hotel. Boat at 6am. Accommodation was very nice (would say 3 star), staff welcoming and very friendly. They gave me breakfast when they heard I could not get any that morning at the previous nights hotel. Only one activity for the afternoon - visit to the Charles Darwin research station (50 minutes). Day 4 Morning activity Tortuga Bay (3 hours). I wouldn’t say the trip was guided, just walked you there and you were left to your own devices. Afternoon activity tunnels, tortoise ranch and sinkholes (2hrs 45 mins). An ok trip, though the coach transportation was very old, uncomfortable and no air conditioning. Day 5 Picked up 4 hours early for my flight, so waiting around a lot at the airport. Conclusion Seemed very expensive for only 11.5 hours of activities. I think if you planned ahead, you could book your own accommodation, tours and travel to make more of the 5 days at half the price. As I said, this may suit some and not others.

AMAZING! the galapagos trip with Rebecca adventure travel is one i will always remember. The islands, animals and people are beautifull and the trip was great. Evrything was aranged perfectly from hotels, to transfers, the guides all spoke english. This is definetly a tour i can recommend to evryone!
- by MarloesI would say that overall, the tour was very nice. However, I did feel let down twice. The first time our morning contact/escort showed up at our hotel without a taxi transportation. We walked about halfway to the pier before secured a taxi for us. We nearly missed our tour. Then our contact/escort to the inter-island ferry didn’t show up at all. Once we realized the escort was not coming, we secured our own taxi. We nearly missed the ferry. We were the last two passengers on board. This means we got the worst two seats on the boat. That may not seem like a big deal, but the waters were extremely rough, and by the end of the trip, I felt like I went 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali. I was exhausted. During that time, I tried to communicate with Rebecca tours, but heard nothing back. When we arrived on Isabella Island, I reached out again to expressed my disappointment and anger. They didn’t seem to care much. I decided to purchase an airline ticket instead of possibly experiencing another beating. They didn’t seem to care much at first. A couple of days later I reminded him of my plans and asked if they could somehow get a refund for the ferry tickets that were bought in advance. This time, they took action and booked long transportation from the airport to my hotel. This was in place of a refund for the ferry tickets. It was greatly appreciated. This act repaired by loss of confidence, and Rebecca tours. So this is why I gave four stars instead of five. Outside of those two incidents, the tour has been very nice.

There were a lot of deviations from the program. A lot of time was lost as a result. The pick-up was often too late and the person in charge couldn't speak English. Perfect Destiny then answered cheekily. We were very disappointed. Excursions were very good. I wouldn't really recommend it.
- by Livia WyssReview already provided. Accommodation was below expectation. Was not listed for tours. Best part was ride to and from airport. Will not use tourradar in future. Used them for two tours, had issues.
