Best 11 days of my life ! Killer group and amazing guide, if you get Stasi consider yourselves super lucky because he’s incredible ! So knowledgeable and chill, never felt safer in a tour guide’s hands than in his. This tour has everything, beaches, history, culture, and of course partying !!! some of the late night/early morning combos will be a bit rough but 1000% worth it, book this tour !!

The hotels were all excellent but the travel between islands was a disaster. We ordered an upgraded tour and paid for it and while the hotels were very good, the ferries were low class and awful. Every ferry was 2-3 hours late. By the end of the trip, we saw that the ferry you booked was an 8 hours trip mid-day when all the delays happened so we booked out own ferry on Hellenic Highspeed at 13.15 and it only 5.5 hours, not 8 hours, and the ship was excellent. It departed Santorini on time and reached Pireaus on time. It cost us 59 Euros each but it was worth it. We arrived in Athens at 18:30 pm instead of 23:35 on the ferry you booked. Because of the ferry delays on the boats you booked, we had much less time in Mykonos, Ios and Santorini on the day we arrived. Half the trip time was ferry rides and delays. Endless waiting around at ports.... The only meals we had on the package were breakfasts at each hotel, and they were very good. All in all, the tour was not worth all the money we pid you. Next time, we will do it ourselves--pay less and get better connections. One more thing--Santorini was a major disappointment. The only nice town there is Oia, which we visited on our own. You should only book hotels in that area. While our hotel in Perrisa was very nice, the town was ugly and very noisy with dirt bikes and tour buses. You really need to do better detailed planning. I would not recommend your services based on this trip.

Enjoyed a beautiful vacation in Greece. Shell of a tour with not much included as stated. Ran into a few snafu's that were quickly and efficiently resolved by the tour company with care and consideration as well as cost refunds and room upgrade. Thanks Barb. This tour would benefit greatly from a couple of added excursions. Also of note, Galaxy Villa's in Crete should be avoided.

We had a great time in Greece. The Wonderful Holidays team's hotel and transportation logistics service was seamless. We were a bit nervous at the beginning, but the communication and quality of the hotels were superb. We could just focus on having fun at each location, and the WH team took care of everything else. We will use the tour agency in the future. Thanks again!

The trip was good all round - especially our tour guide "Stelios". We were a great group and had a wonderful time together throughout. The only criticism was the accommodation - all the accommodation was very basic and the last one was borderline.

This was my first Intrepid tour and I don't see myself traveling any other way! Our team leader, Georgia was amazing, I met people from across the world, and we got to see so many areas of Crete. I cherished each experience I had -- many of which would not have happened if I had traveled a different way

AWFUL HOTELS. 1- first hotel is very far from the airport, I assume for you guys to save money 2-Second hotel in syros, I didn't even have a mattress. it was just like a raised mat 3- Third hotel In mykonos was not bad 4th hotel in Santorini was beyond awful ! it's in between other buildings, my room smelled so awful like sewers . and it made me light headed the entire 2 days.

2. We should have had contact with all independent tour operators in the event of issues that arose. 3. Finally, I think that the tours should be spread out over the period and not lumped together in the last four days. Perhaps an every other day would have been less taxing. By the way the Tui operated tours were excellent and the Safari tour was also very good.

Overall, Mrs Shimizu and I were very pleased with the experiences we had in Crete because of your arrangements. Also I want to thank you for accommodating me with rearranging shuttle service for me because of my delayed flight. There are three issues however that while not major would have made the activities schedule seamless. 1. It would have been nice to have a live personal contact or at least a phone call from a representative from TourRadar to ask if there were any last minute questions or concerns we may have had. 2. We should have had contact information in the event issues arose for all tour aoperators

This trip was an incredible experience! I had an amazing group of people, and our guide Maria Christina made everything perfect! We saw so many places and had so many new experiences! I will absolutely take another Culture Trip and would recommend to anyone seeking to travel somewhere new and really experience the local culture!

Dream Trip! We loved everything about our Culture Trip Greek Island Odyssey adventure! Our guide, Sylvia, was the BEST! She was super organized, knew all the tips and tricks of our destinations so everything ran smoothly, plus was a ton of fun to be with. The itinerary was packed with a great balance of activities that enhanced our understanding of the islands we visited. There was something for everyone- beautiful hikes/sunsets/sailing, cooking class, museums and Archeological sites, great restaurants and free time to go our own way if we wanted. Loved the expertise and perspective the local guides provided in each location. Would definitely book a Culture Trip experience again! Thanks!!

Excellent tour with easy communication and very good hotels!

Dissatisfied with the transfer service. We arrived at the Mykonos ferry port and the driver did not come to pick us up. After contacting him, he did not stop even though he saw us walking in the parking lot with our luggage, and drove past us to pick up another couple. When we got in the car, his attitude was very unfriendly, while he was very friendly to the local couple. All 4 of us were very angry.

Womderful two weeks with a small group that included daily walks on some of the most interesting Cycladean islands, with exploring countryside and towns. Peter was a knowledgeable and supportive leader. Escorted travel on ferries between four islands, mostly reasonable hotels, with a couple of lovely places to stay. Recommend for an active holiday...bring good footwear!

Wir waren das erste mal mit journaway unterwegs und unser positives Feedback hält sich in Grenzen. Ich würde sagen, teils / teils. Wir waren auf Kreta unterwegs und hatten vier Hotels, zwei davon waren nicht so toll, wenn auch gleich fünf Sterne. Eines war ca. 45 Minuten, zu Fuß, bis in die Stadt. Busverbindung eher schwierig. Dazu die Lage des Zimmers, mitten im Treppenaufgang, mit Blick auf verbaute weiße Wände und Abgrenzungen, sowie offen für alle neugierigen Hotelgäste. Blick nach „draußen“ - Fehlanzeige. Ein weiteres, auch fünf Sterne, mit einem Balkon, Blick auf kahle Häuserschlucht und zwei Plastik Schemeln / Hocker auf einem Mini Balkon. Auch nicht wirklich toll. Wer sitzt da gern auf dem Balkon, zumal sitzend gar nicht auf die schäbigen Häuserwände geschaut werden konnte. Die beschriebenen Ausflüge teilweise an einem Tag nicht machbar und zeitlich erst recht nicht zu schaffen, zudem völlig überlatschte Touri Hotspots. Furchtbar! Das geht besser! Außerdem sind so einige Kosten noch versteckt, Übernachtungssteuer, hier ein Transfer und da ein Transfer, Frühstück oder was auch immer. Wir haben ein paar mal die Zimmerkategorie geändert und waren damit glücklich, aber man muss eben zahlen. Fünf Sterne hin oder her. Drum wirklich genau lesen, auch die vorgeschlagenen Ausflüge. Einmal schaut man von oben auf die Schlucht und nur einen Tag später, gleiche Schlucht von unten nach oben. Aber Kreta hat doch sooooo viel zu bieten, da braucht es den gleichen Hotspot nicht zweimal. Das alles hat uns schon etwas gestört. Aber alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, wenn auch da wieder nur die Hälfte extrem engagiert und hilfsbereit ist, die anderen eher etwas träge. Dennoch, ich würde wieder buchen, da es momentan der einzigste bezahlbare Anbieter ist.

Everything was delightful - the tour greeters, the airport/hotel transports, and the Santorini accommodations at El Greco Resort. The resort was the highlight in its beauty, cleanliness, complimentary buffet, service staff, and location. Highly recommend.
