Holly was the greatest tour guide!!!!! Had a phenomenal time on my Tōkyō Snapshot tour. Got to see and do everything I possibly could have had time to do in Tokyo. My highlight was the sushi making class. Holly made the whole group feel safe and clearly knew what she was doing. She gave us amazing recommendations and was very knowledgeable. 10/10, would definitely recommend one life and Holly!

A good tour. I understand that using public transport is part of the experience but on occasion I think it would have been more efficient to use a coach

I would suggest a different hotel in Bangkok for the beginning of the tour. The Royal Princess Larn Luang Hotel is very old and not very clean. The first night we woke up to bugs crawling all over the bed. The first hotel should be that of leaving a great impression of the city and of the country. We were not impressed! I would also suggest different accommodations instead of Country Lake Hotel. I don't remember what city it was in but it wasn't very well kept either and the breakfast selections were terrible; hardly anything to choose from.

As far as the trip, hotels, busses, and activities was great. The problem I had the most with the company Europamund was I picked English, and it was both English and Spanish. Another problem with them they don't Communicate with their customers promptly. There was issues in the itinerary that they didn't follow for example they took us to gion it says the return to hotel will be FREE, it's not free return. Don't put free if your not giving people a ride back, second of all a dinner for one night didn't get they claimed its because we stayed at a different hotel. The hotels need to be booked ahead of time so when you send out the itinerary it should have all the deals, and last the transportation shuttle never showed when they told me so I had to get a taxi. I want to shout out a big Thank you to all the tour guides Dave Solanes, Akane, Ken and Luis you all did a great job. A special shout to David Solanes we started out with you the group for English and had a great time. I was lucky enough to end my trip with you. I know I was the only English at the end and you did your best to talk and explain things while the other tour guild was talking over the load speaker in Spanish. It. Was very frustrating for me with the Spanish. As a company you should lesson to your Customers and your tour guides to make the company better. To all my tour guides thank you I appreciate you all ✌️❤️. A great taste of Japan with stays at good hotels, wonderful breakfasts each day and lots of other very special meals. Highly organised so I could just relax and go with the flow of what each day had to bring.

Had an overall great time with the tour! The itinerary is pretty laid-back and was tailored for our group interests, and the people were all very fun to hang with! Would definitely take some time after the tour to explore outside of the Tokyo area, but this is a great launch pad if you want to learn the ropes of navigating the island without too much stress.

This has been such an experience, I will never forget my time in NY. The tour guide, Lloyd, was the best, he showed us the best places to eat and took us to the most beautiful temples and historical spots, which he knew the history of so well. I feel like not only I visited and experienced Japan in a special way, I learned so much from Japan's culture and lifestyle in a way I never would have learned if I went on a different tour.

We were 3 friends booked this as part of a longer trip and this was one of the best highlights of our trip. Two thumbs up!

Great freedom and flexibility which is the perfect way to explore Hakone. The accommodation was very close to the sites, was comfortable, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We basically got a pass from bamba that allowed us to explore all sites around Hakone. Between our friends, people we met while in Tokyo, the hotel reception and bamba recommendations we had plenty to do and visit. This is a self-guided trip, so if you want to be able to do what you want when you want then this is the product for you. We did not have the luxury of time to shop around and try to figure out what entrances to by and which sites to see. The pass included in this itinerary was exactly what we needed. I felt the trip was of great value, there are definitely better, much more expensive hotels, and like everywhere people trying to sell you experiences on the cheap.
