As I travelled out of season Unu Raymi kindly at my request organised a guide for me for 2 days in el chalten with whom I hiked to Pliegue de Tumbado and Laguna Los Tres. I was very glad to have a guide for Pliegue de Tumbado as there were very few people there out of season (and I was a solo traveller). Luis was very patient, friendly and kind and told me lots about the nature and the park. He guided us very carefully through the snow and thanks to him I was able to enjoy a hike I wouldn't have otherwise (as the trail was totally covered with snow) and I got much more from it than just hiking by myself. We also hiked los tres together (on which there are many more people) via the rio electrico route at his suggestion which turned out to be a great idea. We enjoyed views of fitzroy from all different angles and had a fun day. He guided me carefully through the snowy areas at the top of fitzroy and taught me how to use crampons and poles (since it was my first time using these) so while many others fell on the way I was happy not to! Luis was very flexible, allowing us to choose the days with best weather and giving me great suggestions of new paths to try on the other days. For me it was perfect as I was very hesitant about hiking alone. Organisation was very smooth and easy by whatsapp and I wouldnt hesitate to use again.
- by Katherine WildeI had a great time on the W trek. From the outset James was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful with my queries by both email and whatsapp. I had a briefing from our wonderful guide, Christobal, in Puerto natales the day before departure to answer any last queries and make sure we had all the right equipment for a successful trip. Everything was very well organised from start to finish. Christobal was excellent, very patient and helpful and told us lots of extra information about the nature, scenery and geography of the park. He was very enthusiastic and made sure we made the most of our trip and got to see all the highlights and scenery of the park. The food provided was also very good and surpassed my expectations. We were very lucky and had great weather in September and were able to enjoy all the park had to offer without the crowds too. We also had a lovely porter who always ensured our tents were set up and waiting for us. It was much more comfortable having our tents and foods carried for us which reduced considerable the weight we had to carry. I had a fantastic trip and wouldn't hesitate to travel with this company again.

Excellent holiday! Very well organised - the team: Hannah, Lilly, Barbara, Wendy Penny, Sam- put a lot of effort into organising an excellent itinerary. Brilliant communication with the local teams on the ground, couple of minor hiccups out of their control (eg a local domestic flight cancelled with nothing till the next day), which they helped me deal with very efficiently and I felt very looked after throughout. Would happily use them again! Pro tips for future travellers: ignore the guide books, no one speaks English, get a good few Spanish sentences ready! Laundry - do at El calafate hotel - half the price of everywhere else! In puerto natales there is quite alot of street noise on the sea view room - I’m a good sleeper so it didn’t bother me at all but light sleepers might want a different room! Thanks very much team I will always be grateful!
- by Lesley McKeeOverall experience was good, there are a few places where they need to improve, then the trip will become perfect.

The G adventure tour is excellent. The trip was great because of excellent program and great CEO from G adventure. Starting from Buenos Arias, everything is planned and taking care of. We had excellent weather, a great group of adventure minded people. Val (our CEO from G adventure) communicated everything ahead of time and making sure everyone's needs were met. The sighs and hiking were great. Val reserved dinner for the group almost everyday so we could have fun after a hard day of hiking. All in all, a trip to remember.
- by Timothy BoyerThe gadventure end of the earth tour was fantastic...a good mix of trekking and sightseeing and a great value. Patagonia has been on my life list for years and our guide Gabi was exceptional.

Epic adventure, everything was perfectly organized
- by Rosemary Reedwe used OneSeed for the W loop at Torres del Paine - excellent guides, accomodations and logistics and the park was fantastic! They also setup peripheral trips such as a penguin tour and a winery tour. Can't say enough about the quality of the guides and how much fun it was to spend time with the guides.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and it was, in general, well coordinated with information provided each day confirming the next day's transfers and local tours. The local guides for each leg were very friendly and informative. Each of the major stops involved one free day. We utilised this effectively in Buenos Aires to spend a day in an area not visited (Palmero district) as part of the organised day tour. We didn't have much to do on the free days in El Calafate and Puerto Natales and felt the tour could have run a couple of days shorter by cutting out those two days. When making the bus trip from El Calafate (Argentina) to Puerto Natales (Chile), we were required to complete online forms in quick time at the bus stop, which was a bit stressful and would recommend having been advised of these requirements the previous evening. Also, a couple of the accommodations did not include our required bedding requirements. But overall it was a great tour and we saw some wonderful places.
- by Peifen MoMy husband and I did the South American landscape tour, Argentina and Chile. It was Amazing!!!! The tour as is has a great itinerary but I had a few extra things I wanted to add. Wendy was able to add my excursions and arrange all the transportation. Everything was so well organized the rides and tours were always on time and always in contact with you. We loved our trip. Would definitely plan a trip with them again!!!

There were so many problems with this tour that it's difficult to list them all. First, this was not really a tour at all. Rather, Aborigen is a useless middle-man that provides no value. They simply book vouchers for you, and then you're on your own, unsupported. There is no tour group. My wife and I never heard from Aborigen unless we asked. For instance, there was no information provided regarding rental equipment needed, what to do with bags, weather, the necessity for guides, etc. We did not receive any details until days before the trip, after pressing for information ourselves. Second, Aborigen changed the itinerary just days before the trip started. Aborigen replaced around $1,500 (each!) worth of activities with "free days" which we could then fill (and pay for!) ourselves. Third, not only are Aborigen a useless middle-man, but they actually act against their clients' interests. For instance, we realized one day that we didn't need a $500 (yes, $500!) guide for a simple 1-day hike, so we asked Aborigen to obtain a refund from the local provider in accordance with the refund policy. Aborigen refused to answer our calls, refused flatly to refund us, told us we were out of time (we weren't), to us to "just be happy" with the services we had (we weren't), told us they had booked the hike 6 months ago (it was only 3 days prior) and ended up calling me "childish" and "unacceptable" when I refused to accept their position. It was only after I spoke to the local provider (which had no problem issuing a refund) that Aborigen agreed to my reasonable request. It bears mentioning that none of the local companies had heard of Aborigen, so that gives you an idea of their lack of status in Patagonia. Aborigen is based in Buenos Aires and is a thousand miles away. Let me be clear - we have done tours around the world, and we are easy and experienced travelers. We rarely leave negative reviews. But trust me, do not do this "tour". You will be left alone and unsupported; they will fail to price the activities properly: you will be forced to pay for your own excursions because Aborigen can't price them properly: and Aborigen will not help when you need it. They are worse than a middle-man: they will actually hinder you and get in your way. Trust us on this one. Patagonia is expensive and difficult enough as it is, so please don't associate with a company like this. The only reason we were able to salvage the "tour" is through our own determination and because of the competence of the local providers, which were mostly excellent. You're better off booking an actual tour, or booking all the items yourself at a fraction of the cost.

Hotel was spacious and waterfront, close to center as well. Our guide for Torres de Paine was professional, friendly and informative. Our whole day trip was awesome. Navigation to Balmaceda & Serrano Glacier was perfect with very nice lunch. I would definitely recommended
- by QUYNH TRAN LEThe organization was excellent and Marilda from Signature extremely helpful. The Atacama portion was with a fabulous tour agency. Very professionally run. The Torres del Paine portion was a bit short so I added an extra 3 days there on my own which were great. Remember that Patagonia is very windy when you book. But absolutely beautiful and worth it!

The day tours were great fun, especially the Tierra del Fuego one. We had Caro as a guide and she was very knowledgeable, at ease and fun. She really made the day wonderful.
- by Besse Rose KrauseIt was a wonderful trek, incredible nature and nice hiking camps! Be aware, you hike 7-9 hours a day for 4 days…this is not for everybody. But its worth it!! Patagonia is the best :)

Very good tour. Covers a lot of territory with little down time makes it somewhat exhausting at times. We had a fantastic guide and she (Sol) arranged some fantastic meals in great restaurants. The lake crossing from Bariloche to Puerto Varas is spectacular.

Fantastic - all the excursions were a 10, and the communication with the agency was perfect. Total wonder!
- by Agata Muntaner SanchezWe absolutely loved Argentina. The places, the people and the food! Also, it is not easy to find a travel company that is behind everything with so many details. Eve provided great service and we really enjoyed our trip. Thank you!.

Overall we had an excellent experience. Would recommend the following: Puerto Madryn … too much waiting time perhaps at the restaurant and for whale watching perhaps the tour could start with whale watching then round the peninsula valdes with a short stop and only Punta Tombo to get a clo
- by Sylvana BezzinaWe were able to see many of Argentina's highlights with this tour. Every stop on this tour is spectacular and very memorable. It is a shared service so all tours were in Spanish and English. The guides were excellent, but had to juggle both languages for the guests. Even though this tour was pieced together to accommodate what we wanted to see, everything worked and we were always notified of when our transfers would be, scheduled tours would be taking place, and drivers were always waiting. Very good attention to details. This company went above and beyond when my husband's cell phone fell out of his pocket in the van on an early morning transfer. I thought it would be lost, but the driver found it, the company arranged for it to be taken to Buenos Aires and the next driver delivered it!! Now that is service!!

Our guide Javiar was superb. Took great care of us. Food was also very good. The itinerary was well planned and went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Intrepid Tours.
- by John HughesThe Patagonia Wilderness tour was outstanding in every respect! It was well priced, well organized and it exceeded my expectations. I recommend it with any hesitation or reservation whatsoever.

We booked a Bamba Experience tour through Tour Radar for 5 days 4 nights in Patagonia. My experience has been absolutely terrible to say the least. I would not recommend or do another tour through this agency and strongly advise you consider the following: 1. Failed to pick us up from the airport. We arrived with email confirmation that the transfers were arranged and the booking confirmed however on arrival no one was waiting. We waited for 2 HOURS! We proceeded to call, online message and email to work out what happened and was told we had failed to provide our passport numbers and as such the tour was not confirmed. At no stage was I advised this was required prior and understood an email saying it was confirmed would be sufficient...Apparently not. We ended up paying AUD$50 to get to our hotel, which we were assured would be reimbursed but has not. 2. Bamba does not have anything to do with the "tours". So we soon discovered Bamba does not operate in Patagonia. Instead they employ an agency in Buenos Aires - Hi Travel, to then contact a local provider - Always Glaciers, to undertake the actual tour. So basically you are paying three different agencies and commissions to undertake what you could organise on your own (which we basically ended up doing anyway). 3. The itinerary is rubbish. Of the 5 days we stayed only 2 were day tours in the area, one to the Perito Moreno glacier and the other to Torres Del Paine. The rest of the time is free to explore El Calafate, which is pretty dull to be honest. Instead we extended out Torres Del Paine day tour over two days (for and additional cost of $400USD!). I could continue but I think you get the idea. Our aim was to pay an agency to plan our trip to Patagonia given our short stay but we ended up stressed, out of pocket and incredibly disappointed. My advice is to organise the trips or tours you want to do with local providers directly and forget Bamba altogether. By the way Bamba, I'm still waiting on my call from your so called "Happiness Manager".
