Dazzler Hotel Location in Buenos Aires We understand your frustration regarding the temporary metro stop repairs that affected your ability to access public transportation conveniently. While the Dazzler Hotel is located in one of the safest and most desirable neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, we recognize that circumstances beyond our control, such as infrastructure repairs, can occasionally cause inconvenience. 2. Tango Show Transfers and Seat Quality We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced with the transfers to the tango show. Our records indicate the transfer should have been organized; however, we are investigating what caused the no-show and lack of prior notification. We are glad the tango show establishment refunded your Uber expenses, but we fully understand how this incident caused stress and impacted your experience. 3. Hotel Room in El Calafate We regret to hear about your discomfort with the room placement and the quality of the pillows during your stay in El Calafate. While we strive to provide the best possible accommodations, we acknowledge this may have fallen short of your expectations. Unfortunately, we were not informed of the noise issue or your pillow request during your stay to take immediate action. 4. Glacier Tour Pickup Delay We sincerely apologize for the long wait you experienced for the glacier tour pickup. A 1.5-hour delay is out of the ordinary waiting time but as it was January 1st, most of the services were fully booked which affects the smooth operation and can cause this type of delays. 5. Iguazú Falls Entry Tickets It is stated in our itinerary that entry tickets to Iguazú Falls are not included; however, we understand that this caused undue stress during your trip. We will work with our tour operators to implement more efficient ticketing processes and group coordination in the future. 6. The Argentine Experience and Iguazú Tour Duration We regret the scheduling conflict on your arrival night, as well as the unexpectedly long duration of the Iguazú tour the following day. The timing of tours and optional activities, such as the boat excursion, can occasionally extend the overall duration, which unfortunately impacted your evening plans. We understand how this, coupled with the heat, left you feeling fatigued. Once again, we apologize for the challenges you encountered during your trip. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services and the experiences we deliver to our guests. While we cannot change the past, we are committed to learning from your experience and ensuring a smoother, more enjoyable journey for future travelers.
