Dear Tourradar Team, I would very much like to submit a review of our trip. However, two important issues on our part have not yet been resolved. 1. the reimbursement due to significantly inferior alternative accommodation (Palazzo Boeri instead of Villa Beccaris) 2. reimbursement of the flight costs, as the flights were not used. Our local contacts Paul and Phaedra were exceptional going out of their way to assist us with matters that were nothing to do with tour. They always arrived exactly on time and were cheerful and informative on transport us to the start of our walks. As this was our first tour run by Headwater I was a bit skeptical concerning the quality of the restaurants and our ability to order freely off the menu as all dinners were included, the dinners definitely exceeded my expectations as they were superb.
