The tour was good, but a bit to long. Sould have liked to have all the tours on the same day. Improvement suggestion: on one of the tours I had to call to hear who the tour provider was because the welcome letter did not specify it. The only tour guide at that time did not want to include me because his tour provider name was not written anywhere. Maybe clearer instructions will be nice of you are using other people for the tours.

The hotel in Venice is costing you 1 star. It is in no way a 4-star hotel. This is due to the room location (overlooking a dismal courtyard) and the breakfast buffet. Coffee from a machine is unacceptable in a so-called 4-star hotel. The hotel in Florence set the bar for what a 4-star hotel should provide. All the tour guides and drivers were excellent. Suggest that in addition to the detailed itinerary you provide before the trip you email or text your travelers the following day's itinerary. That will ensure everyone is on the same page concerning pickup times and locations.

The hotel was great, friendly service, yummy food and lots of it. The walks were great, the app worked well. Unfortunately, being a bit early in the season meant some of the walks were not available, we didn’t find out until trying to get to the start. The hotel thought they were open also. A couple of other walks would then give other options. Overall I really enjoyed it all.

Wonderful, we will come back sometimes

It was generally good but the itinerary provided by UTracks did not quite match the actual and included a day of 25km walk which was way longer than expected.

While enjoying another tour in Venice, one of your tour guides thought it was appropriate to berate our tour guide in front of everyone completely embarrassing him with an attempt to ruin our experience. This is appealing behaviour of your staff in thinking your clientele is more important than the rest of us trying to enjoy Venice as well. Our tour guide was doing nothing wrong and yours was completely out of line. Absolutely disgusting and example set on how your staff must be trained to deal with tourist crowds.

Great time, good food. The cabins are quite small but very adequate. The location was perfect just a short walk to all the must see sights.

Beautiful, and the third experience after the Danube and the Canary Islands... soon the Douro.

The two of us enjoyed the Slovenia and Italy bike tour, which is a 7 day tour, but involves 6 days of actual riding. I consider myself a complete beginner when it comes to bike riding, but found the trip manageable. The route is mostly flat/hilly. There were a few climbs, which were made easy with the use of the e-bike. The vast majority of the tour is on bike paths/trails, but there are some short parts where you are riding on roads shared with cars. Decent quality accommodation in 3-4 star hotels, which all served buffet breakfasts. Navigation app was perfect and easy to follow. Good quality bike and helmet. Small waterproof bike bag provided by the company. Overall the trip was well organised and I would recommend this company if you’re considering a bike tour.

We cannot recommend this trip as it is too expensive and offers little service. The organization was poor: bicycles had to be picked up by ourselves, luggage was often picked up and delivered late, and there was insufficient information about strikes. The hotels were disappointing, often poorly located and not clean. The tour itself was unpleasant from the south of Lake Garda, with lots of busy roads. Overall the trip was a big disappointment and not worth the price.

It was well organised - luggage delivery was great, but the ride was too long in the same countryside which became monotonous and the trail took you through a lot of unattractive industrial and urban areas.
