I’ve just completed a five-week journey from Sydney to Cairns, and I can confidently say it was the best five weeks of my life. Booked a trip just for them to let me know 3 days later it's not available! When I rang (as they told me to do) for an alternative or refund, the guy told me nothing was available on those dates when he filters them! Meaning no one even looked at that he 3 days before they took my money!!!! Every person on the phone was telling me something else and I've been waiting for my refund for over a week now! I need my money to book something now but it's taking ages and everything is selling out. VERY BAD

Wonderful trip to Cairns for some snorkeling and diving at the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkeling at Saxon reef and Hastings reef was like swimming through an aquarium filled with colorful tropical fish. I loved seeing sharks and green sea turtles at Green Island. I stayed at the Abbot Hotel and it was within 5 minutes of all the pick up points for every tour day. Great access to restaurants and grocery store for great food options. The Kuranda train ride and return on the skyrail was a nice ending to the trip. I highly recommend this tour.

For the price and the time we had, this tour was hands down the best choice! The group was fun and very welcoming, but I want to shout-out Lauren, our guide. She wasn’t just incredibly knowledgeable and organized; she felt more like a close friend who made every moment special. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tour!

Everything was Excelent

Nellie was an amazing tour guide and I had the best time ever! Great trip! The only thing I would Recommend is booking restaurants with more of a vegetarian variety but everything was great! My favourite part was swimming the Great Barrier Reef I was nervous but Nellie took me out and showed me and stayed with me until I was comfortable! Thank you for such a great experience!

The tour trails are not challenging and there seemed to be as lot of repeat scenery as that is Australia when you go out into the countryside. The guide was excellent as reading the day and making adjustments to suit the heat that came around 11.30am to 12pm. This meant we did a lot of driving to and from the trail to avoid the heat of the day. The guide was also good at adapting the tour to suit the level of the people on it. I would recommend this company as they do have great tours available.
