Steve Born, CMO of Globus, should be recognized for his courageous actions aboard the Avalon Imagary 2 on the night of July 20th. Two criminals attempted to board the vessel when Mr. Born intercepted them. An altercation occurred and while Mr. Born was injured he succeeded in preventing them from gaining access to passengers. While the sheep slept and the wolves boarded a sheepdog appeared and prevented violence to passengers or other crew.

I did Prague to Paris trip last May, 2016. 2 beautiful cities to visit, and the Avalon river cruise through Germany on the Visionary on the Main, Rhine, and Moselle River was amazing. The staff service, rooms, foods and tours was really good. I recommend this river cruise.

Excellent in all respects; expectation, service, personnel, price, food quality, operation and communications. The communications were extremely informative and replies were very responsive. For a first time river cruise experience, all expectations were excellent, from information packages, to arrival and departure. Everything about TourRadar was excellent, your service and your personnel were the best and made our trip outstanding.

Our expectations were mostly met. As non-german speaking we were a bit disapointed about some of the guiding tours without english as an option, but the crew handled the language issue very well.

It was a wonderful trip, even if the weather was very mixed. The staff were super, courteous, attentive, it's a shame that the language didn't always work. Perhaps it was also good because we all made an effort to understand each other better. The management staff always tried to respond to our wishes.

The ship was very nice. The crew was exceptional. The food was delicious. The Cruise Director, Jessica, was great. I would recommend this cruise to my friends.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I was looking for a job and they wanted me to put good reviews (that’s what they do they have people that do it) in an app they have to put 5 starts and the reviews are already pre typed. They told me I had to pay 30 dollars to get bonus out of it. Not only they have so bad reviews for service but imagen PAYING PEOPLE TO PUT GOOD REVIEWS AND THEN SCAMMING THEM TOO!!

Trip was good in many ways. Would like better written instructions for self-guided ride along with potential stops to see. Guide was effective but English could be better. Felt that other guide was giving better description to other language. Boat staff and food were excellent. One big draw back was W-Fi connection. At best was weak all the time. When we tried to pay bar tab at the end, the interne connection would not allow the cards to be processed.

The self-guided Moselle bike tour was great! The route took us through picturesque villages and vineyards. The accommodations were very cozy and the food was very delicious. We really enjoyed the tour and recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing and adventurous bike tour.

The route from Trier to Koblenz was super nice and we discovered many charming places. The accommodations were top. The next trip is already booked.
