Embarking on the luxurious journey through Cape Town, Kruger National Park, and Victoria Falls with Little Roz Tours was an unparalleled experience that far exceeded our expectations. From the onset, the meticulous attention to detail and personalized service provided by Bronah, the owner, set the tone for a truly bespoke adventure. Bronah remained personally engaged throughout, ensuring our needs were met. We were fortunate to have a dedicated tour guide, whose expertise and gracious demeanor enriched our experience immeasurably. While the beauty of Cape Town & the wine tour captivated us, it was the private game reserve safari near Kruger National Park (Makalali) that stood as the pinnacle of our trip. Situated within a private reserve, we had the extraordinary opportunity to witness the majestic "Big Five" in their natural habitat, among a plethora of other wildlife, offering moments of awe that will be etched in our memories forever. The visit to Victoria Falls was nothing short of spectacular, compelling us to extend our stay to soak in more of the breathtaking surroundings. We wholeheartedly endorse this tour for those seeking an escape from the ordinary, craving a journey filled with exclusive experiences away from the throngs of tourists. This luxury tour promises not just a vacation, but a treasure trove of memories that will endure a lifetime. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Bronah and our exceptional guide, Shakes, for orchestrating an adventure that was truly priceless.
- by Ruben JuarezOur trip to Victoria Falls was wonderful. Our driver was so knowledgeable and helpful. Bronah had everything planned perfectly and made sure we were at the right place at the right time. They made sure we saw a much game as possible. Work definitely is Little Roz tours again

What can I say, an excellent trip from start to finish, picked up from the airport on time by my assigned driver, Wilson, who took me to my hotel, the Shrub Lodge, and what a little gem of a place, beautiful, nice and quiet, extremely friendly, polite, and pleasant staff, comfortable, clean room. The walking tour of Victoria Falls was out of this world, as a solo visitor I had my own ‘personal’ guide, Locke, she was brilliant, very friendly, knowledgeable, and just gave my visit that little something extra that I will never forget. The sunset cruise on the Zambezi was amazing, and very relaxing. Did an extra optional helicopter ride over the Falls which was an awesome experience, well worth $175. Was picked up from hotel on time and was back at the airport with plenty of time for my flight. Overall my 3 day tour to Victoria Falls was an amazing experience.
- by Paul BrownLoved everything! Hwange, Chobe, and, of course, the Falls. Our guide Fungayi was wonderful! He worked really hard to ensure we had a good time. 5 stars!

This Victoria Falls / Chobe tour was an end-to-end incredible experience. The local tour partner did a phenomenal job, and is apparently known as one of the main operators in Victoria Falls - you will see their presence in branding all across town and even in the VFA airport. The itinerary was clear, the tour operator was responsive, and the staff were very hospitable. There is enough flexibility in the itinerary for a slew of additional optional activities in the region. We would highly recommend the local tour partner to others. As a side note - the tour we booked listed “camping OR chalet” as viable accommodations; we were assigned camping accommodations that seemed comfortable and clean, but we were still able to pay for an upgrade to chalet without hassle.

The trip itself was alright (though not amazing, quite a few hiccups. The tour guide was great thou), but this review is about scammy practices of Contiki the company, and their poor customer service. They lie about what's included in a trip and overcharge I did Cape, Falls, Safari trip with Contiki in December 2023. There were several instances of Contiki suggesting that an activity is included to the price yet they charged it extra in the trip. The PDFs they send before the trip (and the info they show before they sell) make it sound like a lot more is included than it is. When I confronted them about this, they refused to take accountability. Overall, scammy company. You'll end up paying A LOT more than the base price, unless what you wanna do is literally stay in the hotel the whole trip. Also, they take *28* days to reply to your messages, which is insane. So disappointing! Never booking with them again, and will keep telling to everyone.
- by Cihat ImamogluThe accommodation on the last night was unsettling as the owner spoke of murdering black people in the past but the rest of the trip was fantastic

My wife and I hadn't "camped" since we were married some 35 years ago but we more than survived the 5 days on Safari. We loved the whole experience. For those thinking reluctantly about camping in a Game Park what you get far exceeds the little "perceived" discomfort of camping. If you stay in a Lodge adjoining a park - you will have to lose Game viewing time travelling in and out of the park to have that comfort,, The tour we were on is not Glamping, You sleep in two man tents, on cots with warm bedding and a cover on the floor of the tent. You are provided a rechargeable light with your tent, There is an open air "ensuite" at the rear accessed through a zip. It is like a closed courtyard with a canvas floor. The Camp Toilet is surprising okay and you have to co-ordinate a daily shower. My wife and I are not experienced campers and we managed the timing of all this. There will be an open camp fire and a communal eating area, The food was all cooked over an open fire and was great. KD our Chef really had to be congratulated for the food, The funny thing is the first night we were all in a Lodge after 5 days camping - we all said we probably slept better in our camp cot? There is NO TV - NO Internet. Everyone had wonderful days and arrived back in camp excited and tired having seen wonderful animal sightings all day. We had dinner, went to our tents and prepared for the next early morning game drive, From two very inexperienced Campers please do not let any thoughts of "Camping" hold you back. We had Hyena and Lions in our camp overnight - there was no danger - just stay in your tent at night, A herd of Elephants went by one night and given their size they are surprisingly quiet, The sights our Guide Chief showed us will be with us forever. Honestly our experiences in Africa have been wonderful. We saw 33 mammal varieties, endless birds, 33 Lions. 5 Leopards, hundreds of elephants, buffalo and hippos, many zebras and giraffes, multiple antelopes varieties in endless quantities, We saw a Leopards and Lions with Kills and saw a Leopard hunting, Our first day left us in awe and our second and third days were even better.
- by Robert InnesThis was a very intrresting tour but one has to be prepared for the long drives in an open vehicle where you are exposed to the elements including the relentless sun. Seeing wildlife as always is due to chance as animal behaviour cannot be predicted. Having said that , guides in the area alert one another of sightings. Our program was partly changed at last minute esp the accomodation. Some were comfortable changes whilst others caused a certain amount of invonvenience. Accomodation in tents with dug out toilets was an experience but happy it was only for 5 nights. The program was well put together and it was a good experience. I would recommend this to everyone but you need to be prepared.

They did not inform me that I would need to fly into victoria falls airport. I only found out after that they would bot be able to pick me up from harare. I did not have time to change my flights etc. I asked for half of my money back which I felt was fair and they told me "tough luck" I am extremely disappointed with this entire thing. I travel extensively and will seriously consider not using tour radar again.

The guides were excellent as were accommodations . I thought I was going to be on a small group tour but was alone most of the trip . I would have preferred a group as travel in Namibia entails many very long drives . A group trip would have provided conversation and company during those long drives .
- by SamuelReturning to Victoria Falls and Hwange--and getting to see Matobo and Great Zimbabwe for the first time--was a dream come true. My family had visited Victoria Falls and Hwange exactly sixty years ago (when I was three) and I had been mesmerized by the grandeur of the falls and by the majesty of African elephants. Seeing these places again (and getting to see Matobo and Great Zimbabwe for the first time) was "beautiful beyond the singing"--to borrow a phrase from Alan Paton. The guides were--without exception--wonderful! The sites were magnificent! The Zimbabweans we encountered were uniformly kind, warm, and welcoming! But Americans and Europeans on this tour should understand that they are visiting a developing nation. Some--not all--of the roads are in poor shape, making for slow progress at times. Most of the lodges, hotels, and restaurants were excellent, but the Great Zimbabwe Hotel in Masvingo has seen better days. For my wife and I, it was no problem. We were on a grand adventure and loved every moment, and the Great Zimbabwe Hotel was just part of a splendid adventure. (Be sure to ask for an explanation of the totem in front of the restaurant. It is a remarkable piece of art.) As we prepared to leave, we both looked at each other and said, "I'd love to come back--very soon!"

Stunning Botswana with the great team
- by Olga LimantsevaItinerary okay, too rushed though. Visit some amazing places though. I'd say a great tour but not a great experience with other white travellers as a POC. Better to book with locals directly tbh.

Incredible, fantastic, trip of a lifetime. The rest of the people and the guides added to the overall pleasure of the trip
- by David McDonaldThis trip was awesome ..the experiences were wonderful but, I cannot express how much this was also due to Brian and Jo Jo, who with their eagle eyes, amazing knowledge, brilliant cooking and desire to go above and beyond what was expected, ensured we had the best experience. I am looking forward to coming back and doing another trip. Well done Sunway you have 2 amazing and absolute gentlemen working for you.
