ITINERARY 1
 

• Colombo - Nuwara Eliya - Arrive at Kandy and visit the Kandy Temple which is the home of the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. Arrive at Oak ray Restaurant for lunch. If you are interested, you can visit a wood carving centre and gem lapidary after lunch.  Leave Kandy and proceed to Nuwara Eliya. En-route visit Ramboda Waterfalls. In the evening you can enjoy a city of Nuwara Eliya including a visit to Gregory Lake park.
   
• Nuwara Eliya - Nuwara Eliya - Make a pre-dawn start to Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a guided walk along the park's nature trails to a viewpoint known as World’s End. You will continue your journey up to Baker's Falls, named after the famous explorer, Sir Samuel Baker. Arrive back to Nuwara Eliya for lunch at a local restaurant. Visit the Tea Plantation and Pedro Tea Factory to learn about tea production and its significance to the Sri Lankan economy. 
   
• Nuwara Eliya - Yala - After breakfast, you will visit Seetha Amman Temple and then drive to your next destination

• Colombo - Arrive at Colombo airport, where our representative will meet and greet you. Then, the driver will transfer you to your selected hotel in Colombo. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing and preparing for exploring the culture of Sri Lanka.
   
• Colombo – Kandy - Enjoy an inspiring drive and observe the changes in the climate and vegetation as you are heading towards Kandy. En route, visit a tea factory in Giragama. Contemporary Kandy is famous for its beautiful lakeside location, framed by picturesque hills. Visit the spectacular botanical gardens and then enjoy a lunch break in the city. After lunch, adventure into a city tour exploring the beautifully arranged streets and the most important landmarks. In the evening, witness a cultural show, followed by a luscious dinner.
   
• Kandy – Sigiriya – Dambulla – Negombo - Begin your day of thrills after a delicious breakfast. Visit a delightful spice garden and adventure into climbing up the fifth-century Sigiriya fortress, which sits atop a rock that dramatically rises almost 200 metres above the rainforest. Pass through the lion’s ‘belly,' climb to the top, and enjoy breathtaking views over the surrounding landscape. Have a mouthwatering lunch at a local restaurant in Sigiriya and continue to the Golden Temple of Dambulla to explore this 2,000-year-old sacred pilgrimage site carved deep inside a mountain. Afterwards, return to Colombo!
   

• Katunayake / Colombo - You will be following the doctor’s treatment plan, all treatments will arrange after Our Ayurvedic Doctor Consultation and Doctor Advise. you check-in to the hotel and relax.
   
• Colombo - Your daily treatments will include, Shirodhara, a synchronized body massages, many more treatments will be conducted, to create a perfect balance between Body, Mind & Soul. All treatments are based on Panchakarma -Shirodhara the gentle way of healing. A Panchakarma treatment balances the bio-energies, the Doshas, which are responsible for our health and wellbeing.
   
• Colombo - After breakfast start treatments. after treatment finish, we will take you your hotel in Negombo or Bandaranaike airport.
