First of all, I would like to state that it makes us very sad to receive such a comment from you.. We work with hotels in every region that are appropriate to the socio-cultural structure of the region and reflect its culture. The hotels we work with are special class and have a limited number of rooms. Especially for reservations made very close to the travel date, availability may not be available at the hotels listed on the website. And we accommodate you in hotels of similar standards in the same region. We send the confirmed tour voucher that shows detaıls of the ıtınerary, list of hotels and flıghts to the guests no later than 1 day after purchasing the tour and ask them to review the program and details and confirm them. But unfortunately, you confirmed it without even looking at the tour voucher sınce name of the hotels mentıoned very clearly ın your tour voucher. And we tried to explain it to you during your holiday. Each of the hotels you stayed at has an average of 4.5 to 4.8 ratıng on Google and Trip Advisor. How do you say these hotels are bad? On your next trip, please take a look at the contents of the voucher sent to you before confirming it. We condemn your attempts to punish us by writing a 1-star review as a result of your rote actions. I can say with all my heart that all the team members and our guide, who ensured your holiday without any problems, do not deserve this comment. - CS
