I have to say the highlight of the tour was Mert who consistently proved his efficiency, at one time the bus had to connect with a couple who were delayed at the start of the tour, a few people were added to the tour for a couple days and there was a medical emergency. As part of the group not affected, we barely noticed disruption, he also made sure to individually connect with all of us even though at times there was more than twenty people on the tour. (This tour was advertised as maximum 12) The communication with Tour Altinkum was very good, they responded promptly and clearly with any questions we had prior and during the tour. The hotel quality varied from okay to amazing, the bus driver was excellent, but the seats could have been more comfortable. Overall we enjoyed this tour.Show moreTrip date: October 2024

Our pick up transfers on arrival, the tour and departure transfers were efficiently organised. The communication from them was consistently prompt and clear. Mert our guide was extremely knowledgeable and was clearly very passionate about his work. He demonstrated impressive problem solving skills when one of our passengers needed medical care due to pregnancy issues. He is kind and was very patient when managing 19 passengers.
