- MSMaria· April 25th, 2023The tour from start to finish was excellent. In particular, our tour guide Hildur was exceptional. Our driver Solla was also excellent.Iceland Travel commented on this reviewThank you for your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed the Iceland Complete tour, especially Hildur and Solla.Trip date: April 2023
- SLSusana· April 14th, 2023We have lots of free time in the afternoon, which we should arrange to see some more views. The afternoons are for optional tours, like hot springs. I think we should have some hiking. Overall, your leader is nice, meals and accommodation are very good.Trip date: April 2023
- MMMarjorie· April 4th, 2023The evening meals were too late. Older people take longer to digest food and 8.00 pm it just too late for a 2 or 3 course meal. The tour guide insisted on late meals even though many on the tour wanted an earlier meal time. It would have been better if there was a choice of meals. You could choose your meal the day before and the hotel would then have plenty of time to meet the tourists needs. It was quite a fast paced tour and this should be noted in the itinerary. I enjoyed seeing the different sights in Iceland but it would have been better if the above comments were adopted.Show moreTrip date: March 2023

- Kathleen· April 20th, 2022Sola was an excellent tour guide. Iceland Travel needs to make sure the buses are maintained. We had trouble twice with the battery. Sola our tour guide had to figure out how to get the bus to start. She even purchased her own battery charger.Iceland Travel commented on this reviewDear Kathleen, Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate it :) Kind Regards, Iceland Travel teamTrip date: April 2022
- CLChristine· March 25th, 2022Tour Radar were excellent. The local Icelandic company contracted to actually take us on the bus tour was less spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our journey and it was full of great activities. The bus broke down twice in as many days and throughout the entire trip the driver’s PA system cut in and out. This was such an annoyance that it became funny! Driver was an excellent guide and proved adept at getting out of trouble in the snow up north. Of course we saw the Northern Lights but it was blowing a very chilly wind at 9-10pm. At one stage we saw signs that had wind speeds in excess of 80kmh. That made driving in it a bit more eventful. Other tour members were a hoot to be with and we all had a good time. Only problem for us was our home suffered water damage from a burst water pipe two days into our adventure. We’re now heading home to deal with that and the insurance company….not looking forward to that at all.Show moreIceland Travel commented on this reviewDear Christine, Thank you for your review! - NTNicole· March 29th, 2019Our tour was fantastic from day through to the end. The itinerary was well planned out and flexible enough to allow us more or less time at each attraction as needed. Ellis was a fantastic tour guide who provided us with insight to Icelandic culture and history. He is a very patient man and gentleman and kept our group safe at all times. Iceland is such a beautiful country to visit in winter and even despite some bad weather we saw all of the major sights. As a group we all got along well which made the tour more enjoyable The hotels were all very nice and the meals were delicious. Particularly enjoyed siglufjorour and the horse breeding home. Great tour thanksShow moreIceland Travel commented on this reviewDear Nicole, Thank you so much for the fantastic review of our Iceland complete tour!
