Hours of the tour wasted waiting for people from other tours who would then join or leave our tour coach (none of this being explained to us beforehand), including driving a different direction/route as to what was outlined in the itinerary, with no apology or recompense offered. No organisation or communication regarding supposedly included airport transfer and once again no apology or recompense offered (email ignored).
